PT Borneo Alam Semesta

PT Borneo Alam Semesta was established in 2005 as a sub contractor for KUD Surya Muda, performing coal haulage from pit to port at PT Arutmin Indonesia, Satui, South Kalimantan.

In 2008, PT Borneo Alam Semesta has transformed itself into a mining contracting company, with a maiden project at PT Jorong Barutama Greston.

In 2010 and 2011 PT Borneo Alam Semesta had even further establishing itself as a mining services provider by securing projects in PT Trubaindo Coal Mining and PT Borneo Minerals respectively.

Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible as a database administrator and system administrator for the entire business application
• Maintain business applications, including the movement of the data in the database
• Create Report and Dashboard for Business Intelligence

Requirements: 

• Graduate in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BI implementation
• Knowledge in Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, and Data ETL
• Strong knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concept
• Knowledge in the following industries will be an advantage (Coal Contractor, Process Intelligence)

HR Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• HR Function (development, performance appraisal& recruitment)
• Manage and monitor activities of HR and GA.
• Develop and implement human resources policies, rules, regulations.
• Plan and implement employee relations policies and procedures to create harmonious industrial relations in the organization.

Requirements:

• Male
• Minimum Bachelor Degree for all major
• Having minimum 3 years working experience as HR supervisor preferable in mining company
• Having good knowledge all about HR aspects : Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Training Development, Personnel Administration.
• Good understanding of HR relationship with community and Government issues
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Strong organizational commitment, Well organize, good administration skill.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.
• Willing to  be located in East Kalimantan.

Basis Koordinator

Responsibilities :

• Develop and submit daily production report for external
• Preparing weekly production reports
• Helps Project Control Engineer in preparing the monthly production report
• Monitor and control the production of statements and reports of damage per hour units
• Controlling timesheet production units in the system are inputted by Inputer Basis

Requirement :

• Male
• Minimum Diploma Degree civil engineering / mine engineer
• Minimum 1 year experience in same position
• Good  knowledge in MS. Office
• Having experience in cost control
• Candidate must be located in East Kalimantan
• Willing to be located in East Kalimantan
