HR&GA Supervisor

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 35 years
• S1 of law
• Experience Min. 3 years in mining
• Excellent knowledge and understanding in Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefits, General Affairs matters and Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation
• Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed finish the task
• Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Competent in Microsoft-Office and HR Applications
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

Purchasing

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 35 years
• Minimum D3 general, specialized techniques
• Posses SIM A
• Work experience in the similar position at least 3 years
• Having good logic analyses and good thinking prosess.
• Having good leadership skills and knowledgeable
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Responsible for all aspects of daily purchases
• Responsible for the stock availability of goods every day
• Responsible for arranging delivery to consumers
• Coordinate with other departments to arrange shipment
• Prepare the product to be delivered
• Make regular reports
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

Tyre Mechanic

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 35 years
• Education min STM
• Posses SIM A
• Work experience in appropriate field at least 3 years
• Having good logic analyses and good thinking.
• Honest, hard working, and discipline
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Mastering of installation and dismantling / disposal of tires in the workshop or outside the workshop mining mining
• Mastering of tire management for the unit - the unit in order to work with the mine site safety
• Master the techniques unused tire disposal in accordance with the standard HSE
• Perform record keeping tires used on heavy equipment, tires and tire workshop came to an unusable
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

Dump Truck Mechanic

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 35 years
• Education min STM
• Posses SIM B2
• Work experience in heavy equipment in the mining sector at least 3 years
• Honest, hard work, and discipline
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Monitor all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance of heavy equipment in general and specifically good for the engine, Hydraulic, transmission, under carrige.
• Responsible for all aspects of the management of the dump truck
• Responsible for the use of spare parts that are fixed to the unit
• Works on problems of electrical and automobile engine ignition
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 40 years
• Education min STM, preferably D3 Mechanical Engineering
• Posses SIM B2
• Having experience in heavy equipment mechanics at least 4 years as forklifts, loaders, excavators and other - other
• Having experience overhaul machine
• Perform maintenance, maintenance, inspection of machine
• Prepare report on heavy equipment maintenance
• Able to repair heavy equipment (excavator / loader / dozer, / dump truck / etc
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

Maintenance Supervisor

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 40 years
• Min Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management, familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervison in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

Service Mechanic

 (Site Lahat - Sumatera selatan)

Qualification :

• Male, Max 40 years
• Education min STM, preferably D3 Mechanical Engineering
• Posses SIM B2
• Having experience in heavy equipment mechanics at least 4 years as forklifts, loaders, excavators and other - other

Mine Engineer

Qualification :

• Male, Max 35 years
• Min Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 Years experience in open pit coal at the same level
• Able to establish cost estimation and cash flow
• Able to define and implement with the project control / planner engineer on the basis of the project budget execution
• Able to establish and implement the progress & preformance measurement and reporting system ( weekly and monthly report )
• Able to operate software Autocad/minescape/surpac
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

Mine Superintendent

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 40 years
• Having Leadership Capability
• Min Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering
• 5 Years experience in open coal mining area for Superintendent
• Capable on fleet Management & having knowledge of operasional Heavy equipment.
• Preferably held a "POP competency certificate
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site

 

HSE Officer

( Site Lahat - Sumatera Selatan )

Qualification :

• Male, Max 35 years
• Min Bachelor Engineering or Diploma K3
• Min 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good Knowledge of Accident prevention, fire prevention, HSE presedure, HIRA, inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit prosess
• Preferably held a "POP" & "OSHAS" competency certificate
• Preferably residing in South Sumatra and willing to be placed at the site
