Legal Counsel

Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide draft contract and giving legal opinions in terms of cooperation with other parties
• Ensuring the making and execution of a contract made by internal departments  not defective in accordance with provisions of applicable law
• Responsibility as legal advisory which provide advice and input relating to the provisions of applicable law.
• Ensuring preparation and contract performing that made by internal party is comply with the lawProviding advice that related with prevailing law rules.Performing Litigation's process related to policy and prevailing rule

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law with a reputable university
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 8 year(s) as Legal counsel in MNC.
• Had good knowledge in legitimation and compliance
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
