An excellent opportunity for Supervisor Mechanic has arisen to join our Plant Dept. team.

Job Description

• Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Superintendent Plant.
• The scopes of your role will include but not limited to contribute to rebuild major components/engineering sub-assemblies listed in the TCI Component Rebuild Program to achieve the maximum reliability is achieved to a professional standard (cost effective, meet timeline, reliability as per TCI Plant KPI).

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you will need to recognize Industry Trade qualifications equivalent to 85 points under the Australian National Metals & Engineering Industry competency standards, with
• 5 years previous experience in a similar role or Lead Hand position,
• Good communication skills - written & verbal in Bahasa, good levels of concentration, personal impact & effectiveness, Innovation & initiative, use in workshop repair and support equipment, confidentiality, problem solving, team works - works effectively with others and relates to fellow workers,
• Ability to cope with additional responsibilities, high standard of personal conduct, preparedness to share knowledge, hard worker, honest and computer literacy.
