MARKETING STAFF (Code: MKT)

OSCT JAKARTA OFFICE

Will be marketing rental of oil spill response equipment and services to 200 oil & gas companies and private companies in Indonesia and around the World

• D3/S1 graduate, background in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar faculties Male/Female , SINGLE, 22 - 30 years old
• Innovative, communicative, with a good personality, and excellent negotiation skills
• Enjoys making new acquaintances and wide networking
• Excellent in making business proposals, preparing presentation materials and sales presentations
• Good looking and well presented
• Commission intensive
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
• Willing to travel to offshore-platforms & remote locations in Indonesia & abroad

 

OIL SPILL COMBAT CONSULTANT (Code : OSCAT)

OSCT JAKARTA Office

Will be making oil spill contingency plans to protect Indonesia’s natural environment with the latest technology.

• S1 graduate of Oceanography or Environmental Engineering
• Female/Male, single, 22 - 30 years old
• Able to make project report
• Having a good level of accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet targets
• Willing to travel to offshore-platforms and remote locations around Indonesia & abroad
• Height above 165 cm preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
• Fluent in English, both oral & written

 

PURCHASING STAFF (Code : PST)

 CIKARANG HEADQUARTERS Placement

Will be handling purchasing staff and vendors.

• D3/S1 graduate of Accounting, Management, Administration or similar faculties
• Female/Male, SINGLE, 23-30 years old
• Having minimum 1 year of working experience as Purchasing Staff
• Ability to cost down new raw material
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office especially Excel and Word
• Good communication skill with external parties (vendors) and internal parties (related team)
• Capable in dealing with suppliers & facilitate management of cost and delivery
• Strong negotiation skill with vendor
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Energetic, meticulous, initiative, honest and fully dedicated

 

LOGISTIC STAFF (CODE : LS)

CIKARANG HEADQUARTERS Placement

Will be performing administratice in control and handling the process of Logisctic.

• S1 graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Logistic
• MALE/FEMALE, single, 23 – 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in Logistic/related field
• Having knowledge about Logistic Management System, Delivery System, Transport/Trucking
• Good in Administration Skill (Reporting, Database, etc) and attentive to detail
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Computer literate is a must (MS. Office, Excel, Inventory Software, etc)
• Understand about Stock Taking Procedures (Opname)
• Understand about shipping procedure and process on the ground, the sea or the air
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports
• Hard working, Fast Learner, Strong analytical skills, Persuasive and Customer Service oriented
