Performance Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management culture through Balanced Scorecard (BSC) within IE group:
  • facilitate strategy formulation
  • translate strategy  into strategy map, align organization, link with operation KPIs
  • monitor and performance review
• Implement BSC, i.e. cascading from corporate level to department level until individual

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Corporate Finance/Planning, Human Resource Management, Management Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having knowledge of Balanced Scorecards, Financial ratios, KPIs, business process & drivers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Able to work in a team with a very tight deadline
• Full-Time position(s) available.
