PT Cipta Kridatama, founded in 1997, is now one of the biggest mining contractor companies in Indonesia.  Established  as an expanded enlargement from  PT Trakindo Utama's Used Equipment Division & Rental Business, we  have  been  entrusted  by  the  concession  owner  and mining operation companies to  explore  and  produce  mining  commodity  from locations spread  throughout Indonesia. To support   our   rapid  growth,  we  are  inviting  qualified  &  dedicated candidates  to join us in the role as:

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

• Supervise Business Development team
• Identify and analyze "new opportunity" for the Mining sector.
• Develop and maintain prospective client relationships
• Determine the scope of services to be offered to the client (the client value proposition)
• Prepare the blueprint project includes commercial and technical aspect in cooperation with technical team.
• Provide prospect recommendation to management
• Ensure the project preparation process until handover to the operations team run according to a predetermined schedule
• Ensure the process compliance with  policies and department procedures.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Doctorate, any field.
• Required skill(s): communication, Presentation.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cilandak-Jakarta Selatan.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Account Management Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain relationships between CK and existing clients
2. Monitor the actual achievement of the "blueprint" in order to achieve the company's budget
3. Calculate invoice for the work the company has done to the client.
4. Monitor KPI, KRI, process control implementation, and mitigation implementation
5. Provide early detection of the issues regarding to the project or the company.
6. Provide an overview of the performance outlook for each client.
7. Provide recommendations to the BOD, GMs related to problem solving / corporate strategy
8. Ensure the process compliance with  policies and department procedures

• Graduated from mining or civil engineering
• Having experience in mining industry related  at least  7 years especially in coal mining sector
• Having experience in financial  and  budgeting
• Experience  in other sector are welcome but  related to mining sector
