Finance & Accounting Staff
Responsibilities
Performing operational function in Finance & Accounting Dept. in accordance with the SOP and standards.
- Receiving and check invoice to ensure the completeness
- Comparing the calculations result with invoices received to ensure conformity between nominal count of the invoice
- Performing journal entries to Finance & Accounting systems over the bill invoice is complete and correct
- Preparing the data associated with the general ledger and employee salary advance to HR Department
- Performing the calculation and recording of bank reconciliation
- Performing BDV, documents, and evidence filing
- Performing cost analysis (monthly comparison)
- Performing aging analysis of account payable
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail oriented
- Active in some extra curricular activities
- Good command in English both oral and written
