MINE PIT SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Job Profile & Requirement:

• Graduated S1 Mining and Civil.
• Min 3 years experience in Coal Mining Operation.
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
• To manage Pit Service activities for effective and efficiency optimalization.
• Verry good knowledge of mine road construction and maintenance.
• Verry good knowledge of mine dewatering / deslurrying system and methods.
• Able to manage and allocate manpower and equipment effectively.
• Able to maintain operator morale, productivity and discipline.
• Has strong leadership and teamwork.
• Has good analytical mind, data oriented.
• Good communication skills, including good command of English.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft office.

• Extensive knowledge of mine road design, construction and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of mine dewatering / deslurrying system and methods.
• Able to identify, plan and recommend needs of pit road maintenance & pit dewatering.
• Able to manage and allocate manpower & equipment effectively.
• Able to maintain operator morale, productivity & discipline.
• Has strong leadership and teamwork.

Job Profile & Requirement:

• Graduated S1 Mining/Civil.
• Min 7 years experience in coal mining operation and planning.
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM).
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
• Develop policy and strategic planning, and optimizing management of pit service to ensure pit service activities/projects undertaken has reached the set targets in order to support operations.
• Implement analysis process and strategic evaluation of each pit service project undertaken and prepare repport for related parties in order to provide information about implementation and effectiveness of project undertaken.
• Proven skills in mine planning and scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape, SURPAC an Xpac.
• Extensive knowledge of mine road design, construction and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of mine dewatering/deslurrying system and methods.
• Able to identify, plan for recommend of pit road maintenance and pit dewatering.
• Able to plan, coordinate, execute, minitor and measure actifities & performance of Department.
• Able to maintain operator morale, productifity and discipline.

• Good communication skills, including good command of English.
