Product Support Sales Representative - Timika Branch
Papua - Timika
Responsibilities:
- Promote the parts and service sales aspect of our business to best generate profitable revenues.
- Meet or exceed parts, service labor and accessories sales goals within the territory.
- Establish credibility with Customers.
- Shift Customer focus from price to value added.
- Sell new service contracts, and push profitability on existing contracts to target levels as specified in KPI's.
- Sell hydraulic remanufacturing components and aid both for Atlas Copco Equipment as well as hydraulic components from all other makes of equipment.
- Establish with Customers that Atlas Copco Nusantara is a committed and viable Product Support resource.
- Develop Customer profile information for the assigned territory.
- Develop Market and Customer share survey information.
- Serve as primary Product Support contact.
- Develop territorial competitor profiles.
- Work closely with equipment sales force to maximize the total Atlas Copco presence in the territory.
- Meet or exceed Drill Pipe Service Exchange sales goals.
- Meet and exceed Consumables sales goals.
- Work closely with the Product Support Team to develop new value added Product Support programs.
- Manage all resources as required to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure competence development on product, technical and administrative training issues.
- Communicate solutions to local problems, and resolve to prevent future occurrence.
- Develop personal skills to meet ongoing challenges.
- Support Timika Branch support facilities continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate should have a minimum of an educational degree in with engineering background (Mechanical would be preferred), or the equivalent years of related experience and /or training.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical related experience in the mining or construction equipment field and /or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work independently and be a self starter
- Willingness to grow
- Excellent communication skills with a strong Customer focus
- Travel is required in this position. Up to 50% travel could be expected.
Technician
Papua - Timika
Responsibilities:
- Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests & resolving problems.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation & performing acceptance tests.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaint, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance & calling for repairs.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, records
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & reading professional publications
- Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Produce timely and detailed service report
- Operate vehicle in safly manner and use field automation systems
- Coorporate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationship with customer
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
- Implement safe work (LOTO & JSA)
- Determined and decided all parts required
- Determined doing repair, troubleshooting and warranty of Atlas Copco equipment
- Performing commisioning
Requirements:
- SMK in Electrical/Machine with relevant experiences for 5 years, or
- D3 politeknik in Electrical/Machine with relevant experiences for 2 years
- Knowledge of basic mechanical.
- Knowledge of basic tooling.
- Knowledge of the installation, service, repair, trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of basic hydraulic
- Knowledge of basic electric
- Knowledge of basic pneumatic
- Knowledge and on hand experiences with drilling machine such PV235 RCS, ADS DM45-DML or Dseries
- Knowledge of basic SHE.
- Electronics troubleshooting, analyzing information, Judgement, Client relationships, equipment maintenance, reporting skills, confidentiality, quality focus, results driven,
- supply management, informing others
