Secretary

This position would be responsible to assist the President Director on his agenda (meeting, itinerary, etc), including report preparation and other documentary activities. Candidates are required to be proactive at all times with matters related to the President Director.

• Female with presentable appearance that is able to represent the president director
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Have minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably secretarial position
• Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
• Excellent skills in administrative job and multitasking
• Must be proficient in the English Language
• Able to work effectively (coordination skill and time management)
• Fast learner, adaptable, honest and trustworthy
• Priority selection if proficient in the mandarin language
• Willing to travel overseas as needed by the president director
• Willing to work in Head Office (Harco Mangga Dua – Jakarta)

Driver

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab terhadap segala urusan terkait dengan keluar dan masuknya kendaraan. Bersedia untuk standby 24 jam untuk perusahaan. Mampu mematuhi semua aturan dan peraturan perusahaan berkaitan dengan mobil perusahaan.

• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Berpengalaman sebagai supir minimal 1 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA atau sederajat
• Bersedia menginap di kantor
• Jujur, cekatan dan pekerja keras
• Disiplin dan bertanggung jawab
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Tidak pernah terlibat dalam tindak kejahatan
• Memahami jalan-jalan di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya
• Mempu mengemudikan mobil automatic dan manual
