Job Profile & Requirement:

• Graduated S1 Mining/Civil/Geology/Geotech/Geodesi/Geomatica.
• 5 years experience in coal mining operation.
• Certifed as Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
• Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC.
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
• To manage production activities for effective and efficiency optimalization.
• Has strong leadership and teamwork.
• Able to implement consistently safety & good mining practice.
• Able to maximize effective working hours.
• Able to maximize utilization of heavy equipment.
• Able ti maintain operator morale, productifity and disceipline.
• Has good analytical mind, data oriented.
• Good communication skills, including good command of English.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills.

• Able to find ways to optimize equipment utilization by fleet matching and position setting.
• Able to implement system to measure, monitor and control mining performance.

Job Profile & Requirement:

• Graduated S1 Mining/Civil/Geology/Geodesi.
• Min 7 years experience in coal mining operation and planning.
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) or Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
• Develop policy and strategic planning, and optimizing management of engineering to ensure engineering activities/projects undertaken has reached the set targets in order to support operations.
• Conduct capital improvements project planning, provide supervising and recommendation to conceptual design of engineering project, investigate and resolve issues related to jobs/projects as. well as costs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in each engineering project undertaken.
• Implement analysis process and strategic evaluation of each engineering project undertaken and prepare report for related parties in order to provide information about implementation and effectiveness of projects undertaken.
• Proven skills in mine planning and scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape, SURPAC and Xpac.
• Able to manage the development monthly rouling mining plans and weekly displant.
• Able to conceptualize and develop ways to optimize mining equipment utilization.
• Able to conceptualize and develop ways to monitor and control operation activities and result.
• Able to plant for and recommend equipment and machinemy for production growth and needs.
• Able to plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and measure activities and performance of department.
• Has strong leadership and teamwork.
• Has good analytical mind, data oriented.
• Good communication skills, including good command of English.
