COAL MINING COMPANY (PMA) LOCATED AT SAMARINDA REQUIRED URGENTLY THE FOLLOWING POSITION.
RECEPTIONIST (code: RECEPTIONIST)
Requirement:
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration/ Secretary/ Public Relation
- Having minimum 1 years experience as Customer Service/Front Office Staff/Receptionist;
- Familiar with MS-Office program;
- Familiar with Office Documentation and Administrative job;
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Ability to communicate in English is a must.
- Applicants must be willing work in Samarinda.
Responsibilities:
- Receive all visitors to the company, ensuring that their requirement are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company;
- Answer incoming and outgoing phone call with good manner;
- Taking and relay messages and provide information to callers;
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization;
- Registered all mail in and out and sort mail and ensure that it is promptly delivered to the correct address, internally and externally;
- Ensure visitors are registered into the visitor's book;
- Observe all necessary security arrangement;
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favorable first impression is given to any visitors;
- Maintain stock of brochures, magazines and other information and ensure that these are easily accessible to visitors;
- Any other tasks if requirement.
Safety Supervisor (code: Safety Supervisor)
Job Role:
- Doing Induction for new employees or employees who get promoted to another job
- Conducting Safety Talk
- Control activity / activities mined, hauling roads and stock pile
- Safety Man Controlling
- Inventory of hauling all the way
- Doing Sidaq for PPE to all employees
- Report all activities of both oral and written to the summit for the activities already implemented or not implemented
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old.
- Bachelor from occupational health & Safety (K3)
- K3 Umum certified
- Having min 5 years working experience in related position
- Good verbal and written skills in English.
- Computer literate (microsoft office internet email etc).
- Hard worker, dicipline, detail, have a good leadership skill, comunicative, loyal, independent, honest and can be work in team or individual.
- Willing to work in Samarinda (Office) and Kutai Kartanegara (on Site)

ASSISTANT KTT ( ASSISTANT KEPALA TEHNIK TAMBANG) (code:Ass.KTT)
Reqruitments
- Male, Minimum 35 Years Old
- English is a must
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experiences at same filed
- Must have POP and POM Certificate
- Possess excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Mine Plan Software)
- Highly motivated and has interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, good analytical skills, able to work in cross culture environment
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to work on site mining project
Responsibilities:
- Develop Mine Plan
- Controlling Production ( OB and Coal Getting)
- Controlling Stockpile
- Oversees entire mine, heath, environment and safety on site
- Ensuring operations and activities are functioning smoothly
- Managing budget, assessing, costing, and scheduling mine equipment supplies
- Dealing with related parties required by the Company
- Providing consultancy and advise on mining and mineral extraction projects
- Coordinate and communicate with all contractors to ensure HSE policy are implemented
- Coordinate and communicate accordingly with operation team and management to ensure all operation conducted as planned
Human Resources Manager/ Superintendent (code:HRM/HRS)
Job Role:
- Develop organization to meet the business requirements
- Plan, facilitate and evaluate implementation of succession planning; and update potential performance profiles
- Coordinate, organize and implement development and training program
- Conduct manpower need analysis, plan internal and external fulfillment
- Plan, organized and conduct performance management program
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of compensation and benefit system for inputs to CEG on improvement required
- Implement, monitor and evaluate the administration of HR Department Processes
- Implement manpower regulation, overcome labor dispute, and build good relationship with government and related employment party
General Requirements:
- Min. 5 years with relevant experience
- Excellent command of English both orally and in writing.
- The ability to work well in a team, good organizational and administrative skills
- Comprehending Heavy Equipment Industry & Financial, Logistic, Procurement and Customer Service Function
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
