Mine Plan Engineer

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 40 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree major in Mine Engineering
• Minimum 3 years plus in large scale coal operation
• Have knowledge of mine design, mine planning and scheduling
• Able to operate Auto Cad and MINCOM (Minescape) would be adventage

Legal Officer

Responsibilities

• Reporting to head of legal
• Drafting, reviewing and advising on operational, marketing and other commercial contracts
• Advising on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations, prepare and carry out internal legal training
• Legal due diligence
• Liaising with goverment authorities and agencies
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements

• S.H with minimum 3 to 5  years PQE, prferbly in a reputable law firm
• Exellent command of English and Bahasa indonesia with good drafting/writing skills
• Intermediate to advance MS.Office application skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skill is a must
• Outspoken, confident with a pasion to learn.
• Able to handle tight  deadline
