PT. Asmin Bara Bronang National company which provides integrated services in Coal Mining (PKP2B, 3^rd Generation), is actively seeking for several positions:

 

CPP and Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of all CPP processes including operation and Maintenance
• Knowledge and experience in coal processing and coal quality
• Demonstrated understanding of coal quality to the customer, coal sales and marketing team
• Liaise with mining, CPP and coal sales team to ensure consistent supply and quality of product to train load out

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining/Civil Engineering
• Having min. 5 years experience in Crushing Plant Operation or Mobile /Fixed Maintenance.
• Hard worker and able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
• Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English.
• Computer literate
• Willing to be located in Kalimantan areas.
• Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in a team
• High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.

 

Mine Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors
• Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process
• Estimate fleet requirements
• Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.
• Design mining equipment and supervise the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
• Find, extract, and prepare coal, metals, and minerals.
• Responsible for the safe, economical, and environmentally sound operation of mines

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer from a reputable University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coal mining operation
• Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as : Minescape, Surpac, etc
• Proficient in survey instruments, etc
• Computer literate
• Good team-working skills
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in site (Central Kalimantan)
• Hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.

 

FORESTRY SUPPORT

Requirements

• Pria
• Usia antara 21 s.d 35 thn
• Latar belakang pendidikan adalah Sarjana Kehutanan diutamakan bidang Silvikultur.
• Pengalaman min. 4 tahun di perusahaan HPH dan terlibat dalam perencanaan operasional penebangan termasuk pelaporan serta koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Daerah
• Pengalaman min. 6 tahun.
• Bersedia dan siap di tempatkan di Kantor Lapangan (Kalimantan Tengah)
• Berdomisili di daerah Kalimantan

 

SR. TECHNICAL REPORTING

Responsibilities

• Prepare evaluation and analytical data from all units related to technical / operations based on RKAP for accurate annual and internal report to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Mining Engineer
• Min 3 years experience as Technical Reporting
• High self motivation, good communication skills and attention to details.
• Good knowledge in operating Ms. Office
• Hard working, good initiative & teamwork.

 

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all social development programs are in planning and implementing efficiently through community development approach for the effectiveness of local empowerment and Government
• Plan and coordinate with other related Department in building the Community Development activities which adhere to Company policy,
• Provides information and serves as liaison to representative company to the local community and government concerning procedures, complaints, community development programs and all permit applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Social Science/Law/Communication or related major,
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Community Development, Social or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) in mining industry,
• Project Management skills, Knowledge skills and values to engage in the social development of communities are required,
• Experience in working in a team based environment,
• Considerable experience performing professional Community Development, including recent experience applying of Government's laws, rules and regulations, and annual CD Action Plan,
• Familiar with rural community activities, ability to work successfully with local Community,
• Ability to influence individuals and group to participate in their own self - empowerment ventures,
• Knowledge of Government/local regulatory standards, certificates or similar accreditation is preferred,
• Local people would be advantage.

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Requirements

• Male
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Having 3 years experiences in mechanical, conveyor and maintenance.
• Having care of mine product.
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure and self motivated and honest.
• Highly motivate person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal.
• Willingness to be placed in our sites (remote area) in Central Kalimantan

 

LAND COMPENSATION OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Maintaining good relationship with community leaders around ABB/ABJ Mining Area.
• Maintaining good relationship with local community/ village chef / district.
• Coordinate and controlling the development and implementation of community program as a part of CRS.
• Working as a individual and/or as a part of the team on external relations work.
• Ensuring land Compensation work, running smoothly based on community approach.
• Plan and liaise necessary permit for all scope of company operation.
• Provide all activities report.

Requirements

• Min S1 any discipline
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Have experience in mining area (Land Compensation) at least 2 years.
• Have a good communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels
• Good negotiator
• Local people would be advantage

 

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Having minimum 3 years working experience
• Familiar with material handling works, thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
• Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS
• Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills
