ICT Staff - Support
Responsibilities
- User supoort must have minimum 3ydars experience in atechnical support environment with a medium size organization of 200 users or more
- Client server operating system Windows server platform, In particular must have experience in the administration of active Directory user accounts in the context of a medium size organization
- Client server application system office, Massaging, Back up platform. iN particular Exchange and Outlook system.
- General Hardware pCs, laptop, printer, scanners, photocopy. In particular must have extensive in user support related to device operation, maintenance and new installation.
- General local area network and wide area network sytem and technologies.
Requirements
- You should have at least five (5) years IT industry experience, with minimum three (3) years in a systems administration role, in the specific areas enumerated above,
- a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently.
- Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required.
- You must have the ability to communicate effectively, write reports and formal documentation.
- Professional industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
ICT Staff - Communications Systems
Responsibilities
- LAN systems – Extensive experience working with switches in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco switches, CatOS, hierarchical LANs, VLANs and LAN QoS.
- WAN systems – Extensive experience working with routers in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco routers, IOS, Cisco 3-layer internetwork model and WAN QoS.
- TCP/IP systems – Extensive experience working with TCP/IP in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with routing protocols, network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN, and TCP/IP network management.
- Wireless, VoIP, VSAT, fibre optics and related technologies
