Legal Officer
Responsibilities
- To prepare all documents required to form corporations (both business and not-for-profit corporations) partnerships and limited liability companies in any state
- Help GM Legal in the preparation of documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships and/or limited liability companies
- Assist GM Legal with the completion of stock certificates and maintain corporate minute books
Requirements
- Minimum 27 years old and maximum 40 years old
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Speaking & Writing)
- Good computer literacy
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring Law with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having experience and Good Knowledge on Corporate Legal at least 2 years
- Good appearance, highly motivated, ready to work under pressure and able to work as a Team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
