Purchasing Staff (PS)

Responsibilities

  • Create and print a PO (Purchase Order) and send it to Suppher
  • Purchase of equipment, goods, such as office suppbes. to be available as required by each department
  • Negotiate prices w4h suppliers
  • Make monthly reports to the purchase and outstanding PO to Purchasing Manager

Requirements

  • Age 25 -40 years old
  • Having experience minimum 3 years
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Communicative and able to work as a team
  • MS. Windowd, powerpoint proficient
  

Legal Consultant (LC)

Responsibilities

  • Advise the Bayan Group on and undertakes complience actives in line with Indonesian laws and regulations, in particular those under the purview of BAPEPAM-LK,IDX,BKPM and KESDM
  • Advise on capital market regulations and manage any corporate exercices that athe Bayan Grou may embark upon.
  • Liaising with goverment authorities.
  • Contract review and negoitations
  • Manage external lawyers
  • Manage litigation matters involving the Bayan Group.

Requirements

  • S.H with minimum 11 years post qualification experience in a reputable law firm and or large listed company. Exposure to corporate and litigation matters will be an advantage.
  • Considerable intraction experience with BAPEPAM-LK and IDX
  • Exellent command of English and Bahasa indonesia with good drafting/writing skills
  • Mature, pleasant personality, meticulous, team player with initiative to take a leadership role, strong time management skills.
  • Computer literate and comfortable with MS.Office.
  • Senior associates of Tier 1 law firms looking for a switch form a law  firm environment to an in house postition are encuraged to apply.
 

Accounting Staff (AS)

Responsibilities

  • Review monthly Financial Statement
  • Ensuring Financial Statement are accurate and on-time
  • Coordination with Consolidation team

Requirements

  • Age between 25-30 years old
  • Having experience minimum of 2-3 years in similar capacity
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Communicative and able to work as a team
  • Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
  • Good proficiency in English both oral & written
 

Finance Staff (FS)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payment to Supplier with Payment Voucher
  • Reconcile balance and bank book
  • Input transaction of cash book into ACCPAC

Requirements

  • Age between 22 - 27 years old
  • Fresh graduate or having experiences at least  2 years in similar capacity
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
  • Computer literate: Ms. Office, Accpac (would be desired)
  • Good proficiency in English both oral & written
