PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under subsidiaries, PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) that operates in the district of Meulaboh, Aceh Barat. The total concession area is 4,629 hectares with the total coal resources estimated to be 455 million tons.

QA/QC Superintendent

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and control quality and quantity of coal shipment for ensure thats all running accordance with target and schedule.
• Direct and supervise subordinate for sampling analysis and shipping commodity.
• Prepare and report an analysis of commodity sampling to all parties.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology/Metallurgy/Mining Engineering or Chemical Analysis
• Have a Quality Control, Coal Sampling and Basic Safety Training certificate

 

Mine Production Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate weekly plan for mine operation unit.
• Monitor accomplishment of mine plan, operation plan and production plan for all indicated of deviations and take a correct solution to ensure mine plan and productions target are running well.
• Supervise all of mine operation processes and activities.
• Ensure that all of mine production processes are in accordance with the companys standard procedure and regulation.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities are in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining Engineering

 

Loading Master Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate weekly plan for barge loading unit.
• Supervise, control and evaluate the coal loading process to the barge.
• Control, implement and make a report for off the dock and barge in Jetty.
• Supervise and control in/out of barge, sea transportation, navigation process in port area
• Check and control barge eligibility.
• Monitor maintenance of navigational aid, support tools and other shipping equipment at Jetty / dock to meet standards of safety and shipping.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Shipping with experience in Barging and Loading is a MUST
• Have a K3 and shipping ANT 3 certificate

 

Document Control Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement clearance document for barge and motor vessel in order that the sales and shipment process run is in accordance with a work plan.
• Direct all parties in marketing and trading section for barge and motor vessel clearance documentation process.
• Monitor all required Transshipments documents (relating with clearance document) to ensure the operation of company commodity sales is running well.
• Create and make a report of work in accordance with the specified time
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Any Degree. Preferably Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English IS A MUST
• Have Export Import training certificate
• Able to operate supporting system as EDMS

 

Transshipment Operation Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and implement transshipment process from preparation, administration, loading & unloading and monitoring vessel for reach a target of sales plan and ensure that all is in accordance with standard regulation.
• Manage all of transshipment administration process for ensure all of availability of transshipment document accordance with standard regulation.
• Monitor coal condition in barge, from temperature, weather, and contamination and secure any issue that might arise during a trip to the vessel so that the quality and quantity is maintained in accordance with customer request.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Maritime or Shipping or Harbor Management with min experience in vessel agent / transshipment / shipping / stevedoring
• Fluent in English IS A MUST
• Have an ANT 2 or 3 certification

 

Port Mechanic Trainer Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, propose, direct and evaluate team / unit by weekly to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the company
• Create training modules for mechanical & technical training on port
• Develop, coordinate, supervise and deliver mechanical & technical (basic, intermediate, advance) training activities.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience as trainer is a MUST
• Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crushing plant, Conveyor, Ship Loader)
• Have TTT (Train the Trainer) and POP certificate

 

CCP Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement preventive and predictive maintenance system that can measure, monitor and control all asset on site and ensure the program is understood by all related parties in accordance with standard procedure and regulation of the company.
• Create and develop maintenance tasks and schedule registration based on daily inspections and result of the actual examination condition.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance activity done by technician / contractors to ensure it is in accordance with agreed plan and schedule.
• Collect maintenance data for all production and operational site assets to be used in preventive & predictive audit process.
• Create and submit maintenance activity report.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical engineering
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, cursher, etc.)
• Able to operate maintenance supporting system such as SAP PM module
• Understand project management process and work schedule control

 

Port & OLC1/BLC Operation Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate work plan on port operation unit for ensure the work plan accordance with company work plan.
• Supervise and control hauling activities in mines until barge in order to achievement targets of quality, quantity and delivery process running well and safety
• Supervise ROM Stock piling and coal moving process for ensure the dumping process working safety and productive in order to the crusher running well
• Implement and supervise CPP stockpiling and coal feeding process for ensure that are accordance with standard regulation.
• Coordinate with all parties about stock piling, moving crushing, re-handling and loading coal until barging process to minimize damage and ensure that mixing instruction from QC section is understood and carried out with all subordinate to reach target production
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree from Shipping/Mining/Industrial Engineering with experience in port or OLC/BLC operation is a MUST
• Able operate Barge Loading Conveyor (BLC) and willing to work in shift.
• Knowledge in stockpile management

 

Workshop Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, deliver and evaluate a weekly work plan of workshop unit in port operation to ensure that are in accordance with company work plan.
• Plan, create, implement and supervise a workshop models, build a port infrastructure and time implementation for ensure all is running well, including its administration.
• Direct and supervise subordinate and contractor in a planning and implement of workshop process in the port accordance with company regulation.
• Supervise, control and do a daily inspection workshop process in the port to archive a quality and quantity cost and time planned.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crushing plant, Conveyor, Ship Loader)

 

Assistant Loading Master Foreman

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Execute coal loading process to barge.
• Implement and report off the dock and barge in jetty.
• Supervise and control loading and unloading process of barge, sea transportation and navigation process in port area
• Check and control barge eligibility.
• Monitor maintenance of navigational aid, support tools and other shipping equipment at Jetty / dock to meet standards of safety and shipping.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Shipping with experience in barging and loading is a MUST
• Have a K3 and ANT 3 certificate

 

General Requirements for above positions:

• Superintendent Level: have minimum 5 years experiences including 2 years in the same field and industry for Bachelor Degree, or minimum 7 years experiences including 3 years in the same field and industry for Diploma Degree, AND maximum 40 years old
• Supervisor Level: minimum 3 years experiences including 2 years in the same field and industry for Bachelor Degree, or minimum 5 years experiences including 3 years in the same field and industry for Diploma Degree, AND maximum 35 years old
• Foreman Level: minimum 1 year for Bachelor Degree, or minimum 3 years for Diploma Degree; must be within the same field and industry, AND maximum 30 years old
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with 6-2 roster system (6 weeks of work and 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)
• Have a POP and K3 certificate is a MUST for Mine Production Supervisor and QA/QC Superintendent, and preferably for other positions
