Asset Officer

Responsibilities

  1. Update the asset management system with detailed information.
  2. Update the relevant map layers to ensure they accurately reflect the assets recorded in the asset management system
  3. Support regular asset condition assessments through the provision of technical advice and data processing services to ensure the outputs of condition assessments are relevant accurate and integrated into the asset management system in a timely manner.
  4. Assist with the revaluation and capitalisation of assets.
  5. Analyse asset information for the production of reports or system updates using Microsoft Excel or other available software.
  6. Other Asset Management related duties as required by PT. Prima Sarana Gemilang

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Good command in Microsoft Excel
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Accounting Officer (3 months)

Responsibilities

  • Control pengeluaran uang 
  • Transaksi dengan pihak ekstern dan intern perusahaan untuk pembayaran
  • Transaksi dengan bank seperti setoran, penarikan dan adminstasi bank
  • Daily report pengeluaran uang
  • Control outstanding invoice pembayaran

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Contract position(s) available.
