Adaro Group with PT Adaro Energy, Tbk as its holding company is one of the biggest coal producer, operates the largest single coal mine in Indonesia, and is significant supplier to the global seaborne thermal coal market. Plan, design and evaluate, and implement the project to ensure that the project will be implemented based on needs and best pactice.
- Make plan and design the project includes calculation and documentation
- Review the design and project documentation made by the consultant and contractor to ensure all the documents are accurate
- Monitor the implementation of the project until commissioning, include review the design changes from contractor
- Review all the materials for project include supporting documents
- Monitor and analize the project implementation include potential problem and instruction to the contractor
- Make a progress report continually using standard report and distribute to all stakeholders
- Perpare project proposal, project implementation schedule to ensure company SOP is implemented for all new project.
Prepare and control the overall contract for the project to be executed so the project can be run as planned.
- Manage, prepare tender documents (price proposals, initiation, scope pricing schedules, special conditions, drawing and other data) and collect scopes of work for various contract package to determine reasonabless of prices.
- Review and manage bid receipt and documents, evaluation and clarification process to ensure all bidding process are in place based on project requirement.
- In conjunction with end users, to prepare and draft project contrats in line with the prevailing regulations both internal and external regulations and consult with Legal Division for the content and ensure all that necessary documents are in place to meet the requirements of both the company and third parties interest.
- Prepare contract addendums if there any changes or additions from the initial contract and ensure that all contract addendums are updated and documented.
- Coordinate in reviewing, revising and extension of project contracts with all unit in Project Department, other internal Department and third parties until the exceution to ensure contracts addendums are updated and documented as an integrated part of their master contracts.
- Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine necessity for addendums or extension contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
- Prepare monthly report and contract internal reports to monitor implementation of project contracts.
