Geologist Engineer

Indonesia - Kalimantan Timur - Melak

Responsibilities

Provide the most proper geological design to be applied in field.
Planning detailed field investigations by drilling and analysing samples of deposits
Advising on and testing a range of construction materials
Supervising site and ground investigations
Responsible for providing data.
To supervise mining projects construction such as access and main road, settling pond, and rehabilitation.
To organized survey section resources in line with the company standard in both quality and timely manner.
Monitoring and ensure that production target comply with company.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
Required skill(s): leadership, knowledge in mining operation, budget management, writing skill, good analytical.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Melak.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
Full-Time and Contract position available.

Mine Operation Manager

Indonesia - Kalimantan Timur - Muara Bahat

Responsibilities

The Site Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.
Responsible and ensure all mining activity running well and comply with all government regulations and procedures at the site In charge of health safety and environment
Prepare mining, safety and environment report

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Mining/Mineral or equivalent.
Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

To prepare mine plan budgeting, designed, mapping, modelling, etc.
Mine Planning and Scheduling (short-term and long-term)
Provide the most proper design to be applied in field.
Reconciliation of production for the OB and Coal
Support mining activities : develop drilling and blasting design based on data.
Responsible for providing data.
To supervise mining projects construction such as access and main road, settling pond, and rehabilitation.
To organized survey section resources in line with the company standard in both quality and timely manner.
Monitoring and ensure that production target comply with company.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, AutoCad and spreadsheets
Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation
Having strong ability in calculation of tools productivity (cost engineering)
Having knowledge in mining business process and coal geology.
Mastering in short-term planning & long-term planning
Have good leadership skill and good attitude.
