Maintenance Planner
Requirements
- Control SHE for “ZERO” Fatality accident
- Control 96% of Plant availabilities
- Manage daily work activities and priorities
- Manage plant for minor and major services of Generator Cat 3516, Buldozer, Backhoe Loader, Wheel Loader, Crane
- Able to handle unit trouble shooting
- Able to work with maintenance Planner & Logistic to maintain parts availability
- Able to work as team with another department / suction / supervisor and contractors to achieve the target.
- Control budget usage
- Perform company rule programs as SOP standard and effectiveness Subordinate assessment
Genset Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks to generator systems including major and minor diesel servicing
- Fault finding and repair to both electrical and mechanical components
- Install and commission new generators with Deep Sea controllers
- Provide efficient customer support on all sites directed to attend
- Carry out contract maintenance and inspection on a planned basis to recommended standards.
- Completion and submission of relevant reports to service administration within a timely manner following all site activity
- Ensure that all Health & Safety rules, procedures and requirements are adhered to at all times and on all premises
- Provide a professional service to all customers both internally and externally at all times
- Attend training and scheduled meetings at Head Office when required
