Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Responsibilities
- Review the standard operating procedures and implement effective and efficient customer support processes
- Provide leadership and coordination for the customer and technical support division
- Drive the implementation of knowledge management system and new technologies for customer and technical support management
- Recruit high caliber staff members, craft, and implement employee development program
Qualifications:
- S1 degree qualification preferably front an engineering or other technical streams
- Experience in customer service and/or technical service for at least 2 years is a leadership or managerial position
- Outstanding leadership management and communication skills with proven track record of success
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must, other languages preferably Japanese/Jerman/Italian) is an advantage
- Trustworthy, hands-on proactive, accountable, and independent
No 2-5: Experience in cranes, port equipments, material handlers, mining, construction, oil & gas, logistics, logging, agriculture & palm oil plantations, industrial plants such as cements, steel, fertilizers, etc.
Senior Mechanics (SMC) - Mobile & Crawler Cranes
Senior Mechanics Earth Moving Equipments (SMEME)
Junior Mechanics/ Helper (JM/Helper)
Heavy Equipment Sales (HE Sales)
- S1 degree in Engineering, flatness administration, or Marketing
- Experience industrial marketing
- Has SIM A and C
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to provide solutions to customers needs, follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales status as well as close sales, follow upon order fulfillment and participate in delivery services
- Build arid maintain good relationships with customers through good customer services
General Affairs, Assets, & Facilities Manager (GA/FM)
- S1 degree qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Legal.
- Experience for at least 3 years in similar position
- Computer literate
Commercial Manager/Finance Accounting Manager (CM)
Responsibilities:
- Review the standard operating procedures and implement streamlined financial processes to improve efficiency and increase profitability
- Provide leadership and coordination for the Finance, Accounting & Tax Division
- Drive the selection and implementations of a new ERP system
- Support the Board of Directors and other members of the senior management team in making and implementing strategic decisions
- Liaise with the companys partner financial institutions
- Corporate budgeting, treasury preparation, & presentation of statutory and other required financial reports
- Ensure the company's compliance with accounting standards and related laws and regulations
Qualification:
- S1 degree qualification in Accounting and/or Finance
- Experience working with ERP is a must involvement in past ERP implementation it favourable
- Proven experience in senior accounting, finance, and tax management positions including 5 years iv a private corporate environment
- Outstanding leadership, management and communication skills with proven track record of success
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Trustworthy, hands-on, proactive, accounstable, and independent
