PROJECT MANAGER

(Site Project)

Responsibilities :

Responsible for all aspects of Site Operation, including mine planning, production, budgeting, and cost control to achieve project target

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Male max. 45 years old
• Having experienced as Project Manager in coal & mining exploration at least 7 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practice
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Flexible and able to multi-task, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
• Preferable held POM/POU Certification
• Strong commitment to safety

 

SENIOR OPERATIONAL MANAGER AREA

(Kalimantan Based)

Responsibilities :

To provide directions and manage the interface between the All Project Manager and all support functions in the Jakarta Office for the day to day running of the live projects.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Male max. 50 years old
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 3 years.
• Initiative, communications, information monitoring planning and organizing
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive result
• Willing travel to all site project.

 

PURCHASING & LOGISTIC DEPARTEMENT HEAD

(Jakarta based)

Responsibilities :

Planning, executing and finalizing purchasing and procurement in Jakarta Office and Job Site

Requirements :

• Male, max 45 years old
• Hold Diploma degree
• More than 3 year experiences in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industry.
• Knowledge in heavy spare parts tools (excavator, bulldozer, grader, wheal loader)
• Having knowledge of purchasing, logistic warehousing principles, vendor management, supply chain management and market place.
• Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
• Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
• Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
• Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in English
• Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, and after sales services claims

 

HAULING ROAD MAINTENANCE

(Kalimantan Based)

Responsibilities :

Monitor Road Maintenance and improvements work according to specifications requires, evaluate road cost estimation

Requirement:

• Male, min D3 or S1 Civil Engineer or relevant disciplines
• Have 3 year experiences in the hauling road construction and maintenance
• Good Knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance
• Proactive and able to work in dynamic workplace and team player
