Qatar State owned company, QATAR PRIMARY MATERIAL CO. (QPMC) is currently seeking candidates for the following positions :

Travel Clerk

Qty: 1

Salary Package: Basic - QR 2500/-Accommodation and Transportation - Provided

Age Range: 25-35

Skill Needed / Duties:

• Provides QPMC personnel with travel suggestions and information such as guides, directories, and maps.
• Contacts motel, hotel, resort, and travel operators by mail or telephone to obtain advertising literature.
• Studies maps, directories, routes, and rate tables to determine travel route and cost and availability of accommodations.
• Calculates estimated travel rates and expenses, using items such as rate tables and calculators.
• Informs QPMC personnel of travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits, medical and visa requirements, and emergency information.
• Obtains reservations for air, train, or car travel and hotel or other housing accommodations.-
• Excellent communication skills in English
