HR Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

The Development & Compensation Benefit Asst. Manager is to support the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a company, or a portion of the Human Resources function. The major areas the Development & Compensation Benefit Asst. Manager Manages can include:
  • To ensure that HR Policies and Procedure are adhere to providing socialization and support to line Management in same and when required
  • To conduct and analyze streamline Corporate Values with annual KPI, Competency and Training Development
  • To ensure the availability of Training Program in line to TNA
  • Analyze yearly performance management include Individual performance and improvement systems
  • To ensure Compensation & Benefit, Payroll and HR administration to meet the Company needs in accordance with the Mining Comp. requirements
  • To conduct Job Evaluation to determine Job Grade inline with Compensation & Benefit Policy
  • To conduct employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
  • To design employee services and counseling program
The Development & Compensation Benefit Asst Manager will support Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Development & Compensation Benefit Asst. Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

Requirements

  • S1/S2 degree in Human Resources Management with minimum 7 years experience in Coal Mining Area will be advantage
  • Skill and knowledge in Manage HR Function, Personal Management, People Development and HR System, Strong Compensation Benefit Knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team works
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
 

Accounting Officer

Requirements

  • Maximu age 30 years old
  • Minimum S1 Degree majoring Accounting and GPA minimum 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience  in Accounting
  • Experience in preparing cash flow and budgeting included experience in preparing Journal Adjustment and Journal Voucher for advance payment and prepaid expense
  • Experience in preparing Accrual process method and has a knowledge proficient in MS office and accounting software.
  • Experience in Mining Company will be advantage
  • Familiar with taxation calculation and having experience in Brave A & B is preferable

Asset Management Officer

Responsibilities

  • Controlling Company Asset Jakarta and Site Office
  • Develop Controlling system, Working Plan

Requirements

  • Minimum education bachelor degree in accounting, or other graduate 
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Strong personal skill and team works.
  • Have experienced minimum 2 years in Asset Management
  • Preferable have experience in mining Company
  • Familiar with Asset Management by Ellipse Programs (ERP)
