Head of Sales for Coal

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, coordinating, leading, supervision and controlling of all activities and the management of the Sales Division for Coal field.
  • Conduct research on all market aspects and formulate a sales strategy to grow the business, identify potential business opportunities and new customers in the fields of Coal, and implement a strategic plan that has been approved annual sales to achieve the agreed sales targets.
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the field of Coal, as well as directing and leading the sales team for the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the vision and values of the company.
  • Developing, organize and implementing the policies and procedures of sales, as well as develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology, to enhance sales performance.
  • Build and maintain relationship to existing accounts by developing an effective communication, develop long-term cooperation and following up on prospective accounts in order to win the project and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Responsible for P&L in terms of generating sales revenues and EBITDA.
  • Coordinate with corporate secretary related to the legal aspects of contract agreement, quotation and ensure the agreements are aligned with the agreed scope of work, terms and conditions, pricing, etc., in order to get the mandate / job order from the client.
  • Develop, coach, train, and motivate all team members in the field of Coal Sales Division, including special assignments to improve the competence and ability, and and encouraging continual improvement.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with the Operations Division, Branches and Sales teams, as well as develop relationships with people among industries, associations and government, to update information relating to new projects and business opportunities in order to maximize company profit and implement a cohesive sales plan.
  • Reports periodically to Group Head of Sales and conduct ongoing meetings to develop the sales database, lead the analysis of sales data, and provide forecast to gauge performance of sales initiatives and modify plans as needed.

Requirements :

  • Male/Female, minimum Bachelor Degree from any major discipline, preferably from Marketing / Engineering / Business Management.
  • Have sales experience preferable in Coal Mining Industry.
  • Min 7-10 Years in Similar Position, having the experience to handle local and international market.
  • Will manage sales activities and ensure staff competence to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with strong leadership qualities - able to lead by example, coach and motivate subordinates.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.

 

Sales Manager

(Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Marine Cargo / Coal & Mineral)

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, coordinating, leading, supervision and controlling of all activities and the management of the Sales Department.
  • Work to grow existing and establish new customers in order to meet the agreed target.
  • Conduct courtesy calls or visit to existing customer in order to maintain good relationship and provide better services.
  • Coordinate with sales team in preparing all tender documentations properly in order to ensure the completeness, validity of documentation and also on-time submission to client.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Legal in preparing the draft agreement and make sure the agreement is in line with the agreed scope of work, terms and conditions, price, etc., in order to get approval from the client and relevant departments.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem and to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner.
  • Develop, coach, train, and motivate all team members in the field of Sales Department, including special assignments to improve the competence and ability, and encouraging continual improvement.

Sales Executive

(Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Marine Cargo / Coal & Mineral)

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, fulfill and controlling all activities of the Sales field (Coal & Mineral / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Marine Cargo.
  • Communicate with new/existing customer in order to maintain good relationship and provide better services, and work to grow existing and new customers in order to meet the agreed target
  • Record, maintain and expand database of prospecting client related to sales activities through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.
  • Coordinate with sales team in preparing all tender documentations properly in order to ensure the completeness, validity of documentation and also on-time submission to client.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure the preparation of the administrative requirements for projects.
  • Assist Sales Manager and Corporate legal in preparing the draft agreement and ensure in line with the agreed scope of work, terms and conditions, price, etc.
  • Based on theassignment, monitoring project progress and follow up customer inquiries to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner, and perform continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Operation Monitoring Officer and make IPI (Instruction Invoice Creation) after the survey report to be finalized and the invoice will issued by finance Department.
  • Reports periodically to Sales Manager and Liaise with Branches / Labs for updates on performance weekly and monthly, toensure that all activitiescan be runas scheduled.

Requirements :

  • Male/Female, minimum Bachelor Degree from any major discipline, preferably from Marketing / Engineering / Business Management.
  • Have sales experience preferable in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Coal & Mineral / Marine Cargo industry.
  • Min 2 Years in Similar Position, having the experience to handle international market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.

Government Relation

Responsibilities :

  • Collect data from government and make coordination with related government.
  • Develop relationship with key legislators and their staffs'/committee staff abd regulators to effectively channel the goals and desires of association.
  • Organize, monitoring and interpretation of government measures or administer state / government activities.
  • Advise, implement, participate in coalitions; act as liason to various groups / projects.
  • Represent association either as a participant or advisor in developing and presenting testimony and public policy for the scientific community.
  • Delivering the feedback from the company on a range of government policies.
  • Build company positions in government network.
  • Supporting marketing.

Requirements :

  • Male / Female.
  • Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Political Science or closely related field.
  • A minimum of five years experience with a public agency in transportation planning, policy analysis, intergovernmental relations, legal or related field.
  • Experience analyzing complex and sensitive intergovernmental issues, developing and making recommendations to senior level staff and implementing decisions in compliance with Board of Directors policies.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • Have good knowledge with computer skill and Microsoft Office.
  • Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Head of Human Capital Service Delivery

Responsibilities :

Compensation & Benefit

  • Responsible for implementing the company's compensation policy.
  • Supervise job analysis, job description and job evaluation.
  • Analyses compensation surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Prepare salary and benefit budget.
  • Identify current trends in compensation and benefit scheme.
  • Review and propose compensation and benefit scheme for all employees.
  • Conduct appropriate socialization on any compensation and benefit issues.
  • Ensuring plant's competitiveness in terms of its compensation package.
  • Provide the Performance appraisal system.

Personnel Administration

  • Responsible for the preparation of documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payment ( salary, Allowances, overtime payment, jamsostek, pension,etc).
  • Responsible for implementing the personnel administration program and ensuring compliance with procedures. Maintains personal files, records, and system, also up date information.
  • Processes salary increases, control absenteeism, leave, and other personnel statistic as required.
  • Manage and administer daily operation of HRIS.

Industrial Relation

  • Responsible for implementing the company's labour/employee relation policy in a plant or working centre.
  • Responsible for administration of the Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Regulations Agreement.
  • To comply with all government regulation up date and ensure that all company regulations are match.
  • As communication media and counseling, to solve the dispute between company and employees.
  • Involve and cooperative with internal and external department ( Depnaker, Immigration, Embassy, etc).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR position related in Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation and Personnel Administration.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  • Have a high ability to lead, synergize, and supervise department.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
  • Able to motivate team and highly energetic.

Safety Officer Representative

Responsibilities :

  • Planning, coordinating, directing, supervision and control all QHSE activities at branch.
  • Coordinate with the branch management team and evaluate the effectiveness of all elements of the QHSE program (such as: audit, planning, etc.)
  • Enforce compliance professionals in the field will be the implementation of QHSE.
  • Ensure all documents related to the QHSE, has complied the standards set.
  • Report all accidents and incidents related to the QHSE to the Head of Branch and QHSE Manager at headquarters, and facilitate the investigation of accidents and occurrences and events.
  • Formulate, coordinate and participate in the implementation of training programs QHSE, internal and external audit programs.
  • Provide input to the QHSE Manager and owner of the process within the framework of continuous improvement and development of QHSE Management System.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with client representative QHSE, internal parties, institutions and government agencies, as well as other relevant parties.
  • Reports to QHSE Manager and ensure that all QHSE activities can support the achievement of the Strategic Plan of the Company and periodically conduct a thorough evaluation of activities in QHSE programs at Branch.

Head of Laboratory

Responsibilities :

  • Compose working plan on the laboratory which aligned with department objective in order to support company operational.
  • Plan the procurement of equipment and chemicals for laboratory analysis activities based on the requirement needed in order to support company operational.
  • Monitor the implementation of the work program in the laboratory to ensure the activities is implemented n accordance with work programs and the agreed procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure all laboratory equipments are in good condition and well maintained so as it can provide precise and accurate analysis.
  • Monitor dateline of laboratory analysis report submission to ensure the report completed on time based on the agreed timeline.
  • Sign laboratory analysis report and give to certification function to be submitted to client.
  • Control analysis and calibration, equipment procedure including deviation of quality system in order to keep it running properly.
  • Develop, motivate, and evaluate subordinate's performance including indentify training and development needed to improve subordinate's competency and capability.

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in relevant position.
