Adaro Group with PT Adaro Energy, Tbk as its holding company is one of the biggest coal producer, operates the largest single coal mine in Indonesia, and is significant supplier to the global seaborne thermal coal market. People Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Closely working with Business Unit Division Head on determining training and development needs in Adaro group
  • Ensure all the materials and curriculums are developed based on Adaro Group needs and standard
  • Strategic partnership will all training and development vendors
  • Provide Group guidance towards for all training and development activities.
  • Evaluate activities effectiveness
  • Budget planning and administrative training system

Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least minimum of 3 years as Senior Managers in learning and development in large corporation or mining industries
  • Preferably have been exposed in developing curriculum for leadership and development and also hands on technical competencies training.
  • Minimum bachelor degree background
  • Fluency in English
  • Have experience on managing team and strong interpersonal skill

 

Recruitment & Placement Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Manpower Planning activities for Adaro Group
  • Ensure  recruitment and placement administrative activities ( transfer, promotion and resignation ) are completed on time and based on  for Adaro Group
  • Review recruitment and placement policies that has applied and ensure execution adheres with the policies
  • Submission of comprehensive monthly recruitment and placement dashboard activities
  • Facilitate Recruitment & Placement activities / events
  • Provide and gathers improvements feedback and monitors productivity
  • Responsible for Adaro Career enhancement and improvement 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Recruiter/ HR operation/ HR Administration
  • Bachelor degree background in any field
  • Fluency in English
  • Enjoys working with data and system
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Advance in Excel and Power Point
