Business Planning Consolidation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- *Facilitation of the improvement and opportunity across business unit
- Collecting data or information from the operational team.
- Coordinating and facilitating the communication with the operational team for setting up their objectives in alignment with our corporate objective.
- Assisting in setting-up the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Skills Development Activity through the performance management program.
- Act as a bridge between top executives, management leaders, and operational leaders including key task holders.
- Ensuring change management and communication of change to the team and/or client is completed in a systematic way for complex projects.
- Regularly communicating and working closely with executives on daily basis.
- Maintains project/program (MBOS) schedules by developing project plans and specifications
- Estimating time requirements for projects and establishing deadlines
- Monitoring milestone completion
- Tracking all phases of the project-Performance Management program / MBOS.
- Providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts.
- Documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.)
Requirements:
- Have a fine recognized degree in Industrial Management, preferably combining with business analysis experience is desirable;
- Have minimum 3 years demonstrated experiences in business analyst position with equivalent accountability and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate excellent analytic capabilities with the skill to draw appropriate conclusions and presentations; ability to use analytic & presentation tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Project Management) to a proven / advanced level;
- Demonstrable ability to lead and work with teams who are both non-direct and direct reports;
- Demonstrable ability to lead and assist all manufacturing and the supply chain function with minimal supervision
- Demonstrable ability to set priorities, goals and objectives.
- Experience with Performance Management System / MBOS (Management by Olympic System)
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including the experience dealing with corporate executives.
- Have strong facilitation and leadership skills, project management experience, excellent communication skills
- Basic Comprehension of foreign language is an asset
Cashier
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for petty cash management
- Responsible for invoice verification and payment process
- Responsible for Account Payable Administration and journal transaction
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate must at least have 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Familiar with SAP system
- Strong analytic skill and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
