Permata Resources Group ("Permata") is the subsidiary of PT. Permata Prima Sakti Tbk. Permata's primary activity is to acquire, explore and develop coal mines in Indonesia aside from its trading activity. The Group produces coal from its own mines in. purchases coal from third parties and sells coal to emerging markets in Asia including China. India. South East Asia. Japan and Korea. The Group is currently one of the largest private producers in Sumatra and is an emerging producer in Kalimantan.
Tax Supervisor (TSpv-1-JS)
Responsibilities
- Support day to day accounting task
- Responsible for applying tax principles and procedures to analyze financial information
- Classify, record and summarize numerical and financial data using journal and ledger
- Ensure all invoice, vouchers and journal are recorded and verified before entering into accounting system
- Responsible for ensuring all the company's tax obligation are comply with the Indonesian tax regulation
- Responsible for setting up the calculation of PPH 21, 23, 25, 26, 29, 15, 4(2)
- Responsible for reconciliation between tax object and ledger
- Prepare monthly tax payment
- Prepare monthly tax submission to tax office
- Have a good relationship with external party (ex: KPP)
- Consolidate all aspects of accounting & taxation
Requirements
- Min S1 Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having 2years experiences in the same position, preferably from mining industry
- Having experiences as an external auditor on registered public accountant
- Good knowledge in taxes, accounting and finance system/ soft ware, banking
- Good in Analytical skill & details
- Computer & Microsoft office literate
- Good command of English
- Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Have a good understanding of accounting and tax systems, processes and practices
- Have good interpersonal & communication skills and answer the tax officer from government.
- Strong leadership skill hard working, self motivated, accurate Able to make financial report & tax report
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
- Certified in brevet A&B would be an advantage
