Responsibilities:

• Managing and reviewing all activities of human resource operation include compensation & benefit, industrial relations, & office service facilities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Law or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in Mining Company
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
