HSE Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Responsible in ensuring the applicable procedures and practices are in accordance with the environmental, safety and health statutory acts/regulations.
- To advise project team including client and consultants of the safety regulations such as the mining regulation and policy.
- To identify potential hazards, assess the risks and determining necessary controls.
- To establish, review and update the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register and Job Safety & Health Analysis, Safety & Health Legal and OHSAS 18001:2007.
- To conduct environmental and safety induction/training for all level of project team.
- To participate in the Management Safety, Health and Environmental Committee Organization meeting every month during the safety site patrol.
- To compile and update Monthly Safety and Health Report of site so as to keep track of safety performance indicator.
- To coordinate other duties as and when necessary to ensure the safety, health, security, welfare and environmental aspects in the project site is given appropriate attention.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with at least 3 years in mining contractor.
- Diploma or Higher in related field
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama) and K3 Umum Depnaker.
- Possesses strong knowledge in HSE regulations, legal requirements, and OHSAS 18001:2007.
- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Computer literate.
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure and within tight deadline.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melak - Kutai Barat.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
