SECRETARY

Requirements:

• Female, Single, age between 22- 29 years old
• Minimum D3 Secretary Graduate from a reputable secretarial academy
• Honest, Discipline and Responsible to keep confidential
• Computer literate (Microsoft office)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Min. 3 years experience (preferable in Coal Mining Company)
• Must be fluent in English & Mandarin both oral and written
• Good knowledge of business correspondence
• Good looking, appearance, attractive, proportional and mature
• Able to work under pressure with tight dead line and long hours, responsible and independent

 

FINANCE STAFF (FS)

Scope of Job:

• Prepare payment to Supplier with Payment Voucher
• Reconcile balance and bank book
• Input transaction of cash book into ACCPAC

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age between 22 â€" 27 years old
• Fresh graduate or having experiences at least 2 years in similar capacity
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
• Computer literate: Ms. Office, Accpac (would be desired)
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF (Code: AS)

Scope of Job:

• Review monthly Financial Statement
• Ensuring Financial Statement are accurate and on-time
• Coordination with Consolidation team

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age between 25 â€" 30 years old
• Having experience minimum of 2-3 years in similar capacity
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written

 

ICT STAFF - COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS

ICT Staff - Network-Communications Systems

• LAN systems â€" Extensive experience working with switches in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco switches, CatOS, hierarchical LANs, VLANs and LAN QoS.
• WAN systems â€" Extensive experience working with routers in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco routers, IOS, Cisco 3-layer internetwork model and WAN QoS.
• TCP/IP systems â€" Extensive experience working with TCP/IP in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with routing protocols, network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN, and TCP/IP network management.
• Wireless, VoIP, VSAT, fibre optics and related technologies.

You should have at least five (5) years IT industry experience, with minimum three (3) years in a systems administration role, in the specific areas enumerated above, a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, write reports and formal documentation. Professional industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
