A national Coal Mining Infrastructure Business company based in Jakarta is requiring professional with international experiences to join the team on Site Project.

 

SUPERVISOR - LOGISTICS

• Minimum D3 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project logistic supervision and expediting or graduated from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or technical background university of institute with 3 years experiences in project logistic supervision and expediting.
• Have experience work for EPC project in Oil & Gas sector or bulk handling facilities.
• Good Leadership, planning and people organizing skills.
• Have good ability for data gathering & analysis, proficient with all basic Ms. Office software (Word and Excel), good written and verbal communication skills.

 

SCHEDULER

• Minimum S1 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project schedule development & control.
• Proficient at developing, reviewing and maintaining project schedules using Ms. Project & Primavera P6
• Experience working in Program Management of large capital projects
• Cost estimating background is preferable
• Proficient with all basic MS Office software (Word and Excel)
• Good written and verbal communication skills

 

QA/QC MECHANICAL

• Minimum 5 years experiences for S1 Mechanical Engineering background, preferably in material handling facility project or equivalent; or
• Strong in many international standards of Mechanical Engineering and requirement
• Be able to demonstrate good understanding of planning and scheduling techniques and processes and good leadership attributes
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Good written and verbal communication skills

 

Supervisor Mechanical & Structure

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years experiences plus of relevant industry or Minimum SMK related with Technical Construction with minimum 7 years experiences in Structural/Mechanical project supervision.
• Extensive experience and proven skills in Structural/Mechanical Engineering/Construction industries. Having experience in Structural/Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
• Have good knowledge and experience in site project supervision.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, to liaise with KPC personnel, contractors and external suppliers, consultants.
• Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.
• Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
• Having a good knowledge of KPC's HSE policies (or equivalent), procedures and standards.
• Possess a driver's license.

 

Senior Engineer - Project (Mechanical)

• Mechanical engineering background with good academic standing.
• Minimum 6 years working experience in fixed plant construction. Experience in executing bulk material handling projects is an advantage.
• Understand project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
• Knowledge and sufficient experience in project cost estimation.
• Knowledge in contract administration and supply chain management.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Conversant with technical and project documentation.
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• High personal energy level, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure in project environment. Senior Engineer - Project (Electrical)

 

Senior Engineer - Project Electrica

• Minimum 6 years working experience
• Good Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Autocad & other software)
• Experience with field control instrumentation, measurement instrumentation and other instrumentation related to coal processing and conveying, power plants
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
• Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
• Experience with VSD (Variable Speed Drive) & Soft Starter
• Capable of and understand reading, red-lining PI&D and electrical & control drawings
• Experiences with Power Station, Power synchronize Generator, Switch Gear.
• Experience with Electrical Motors
• Experience with Trafo Distribution, Panel MCC (Motor Control Centre) and Panel Power Distribution
• Experience with Low Voltage & Medium Voltage

 

Senior Legal Officer and Legal Officer

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions
• Prepares legal documents, drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment and related matters
• Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation affecting various areas of the business
• Performs routine legal research, and compiles data from such references as digest, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources
• Maintains the file systems for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders, commissioners, top management's minutes and related memorandum

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
• Experience in well known law firm Must be professional Strong knowledge on corporate policies and procedures, Indonesia and foreign corporate laws, rules and regulations
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
