PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) is a coal mining company under Reswara Sub Holding Integrated Coal Mining Company of Holding Member ABM Investama under the Tiara Marga Trakindo Group. PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under subsidiaries, PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) that operates in the Meulaboh District. The total concession area is 4,629 hectares with the total coal resources estimated to be 365 million tons.

Warehouse Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Input receipt of goods and service into SAP System and ensure that is run well for operational process
• Communication with vendor or contractor who associated with expediting process.
• Implement a stock opname program and ensure all the requested goods to the mining activity can be provided with good condition accordance with supply chain accountability
• Monitor and maintains the administrative document (in or out document) of goods and services in accordance with standard procedure and regulation of the company
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities are in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same field and the same industry
• Understand a warehouse management
• Able to operation SAP Program
• Knowledge in the concepts of good mining practice
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring).

 

QA/QC Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a coal quality and quantity from haulages in mines until shipping process in order to maintain standards and quality of coal.
• Evaluate and report periodically for amount of stock, the maintenance of quality and the quality final report of coal that's ready to ship.
• Direct and guiding the subordinates in order to have an understanding and technical capability to maintenance of the quality of coal in accordance with standard procedure and regulation of the company.
• Direct and assist prospective buyers during a visit to explain the process of production and maintenance of coal quality.
• Coordinate with production process units for the quality of coal as expected
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree of chemical with a minimum of 2 years of experience or Diploma Degree of chemical with 3 years of experience in the same field and the same industry.
• Have a certificate of 14025.
• Knowledge in tonnage or carrying capacity.
• Understand a coal management and coal quality.
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Port Maintenance Superintendent

Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate a monthly work plan and budget maintenance unit.
• Implement, create and control a schedule of equipment maintenance system to assist port operational activities.
• Monitor, implement and evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment in order to can be optimal to used and minimize damage and ensure that all is in accordance with Maintenance accountability.
• Organize an inventory assets of production and other supporting existing to ensure the achievement of production targets and operational activities at the port
• Conduct an audit compliance of preventive and predictive maintenance program in accordance with condition and requirements of the contract to ensure the maintenance methods is in accordance with standard procedure and regulation.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial/ mechanical / electrical engineering with at least 5-7 years include 2-3 years of experience in the same field and the same industry and 2 years in supervisor/managerial/senior technical position.
• Have a POP, Safety training and AK3 umum/electrical certificate.
• Active in English
• Understand management process and work schedule control.
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Mechanic Trainer Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, propose, direct and evaluate unit weekly to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the company.
• Develop, coordinate, supervise and deliver technical & mechanical (basic, intermediate, advance) training activities.
• Create training modules for mechanical & technical training on site..
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years of experience in the same field and the same industry.
• Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, cursher, etc.)
• Has TTT (Train the Trainer) and POP certificate.
• Able to operate supporting system
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Port & OLC1/BLC Operational Superintendent

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities:

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate a monthly work plan and budget of port operation unit.
• Supervise a target compliance of production, coal shipments and quality and quantity.
• Supervise and control haulage in mines until barge in order to achievement targets of quality, quantity and delivery time that is in accordance with work instruction.
• Propose the alternative of coal mining production area for compliance a stock target for sales target
• Direct and ensure quality of coal ready to ship and accordance with purchase order.
• Create a report that related with monitoring of implementation and compliance achievement of targets and quality.
• Coordinate with quality control unit to ensure that quality of coal is in accordance with standard.
• Coordinate with Transshipment unit for barge process.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in industrial engineer / management with a minimum 5-7 years of experience include 2-3 year in the same field and the same industry and 2 years in supervisor/managerial/senior technical position.
• Experience manage port operation and stock pile
• Experience in coaling process into barge
• Have a POP and basic salary safety tarining certification
• Active in English
• Able to operate supporting system
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)
