PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining company
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Familiar with Freight Regulation
• Good skill in negotiating and decision making
• able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
• Excellent communication skills and team work
• Strong analytical and data management skills, self confidence and good judgement.

MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from faculty mining engineer or geology.
• Min 15 years experience in mining industry.
• Possess POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) from ESDM Dept.
• Well understanding about mining operation (Facility / Equipment / Manpower).
• Familiar in making plan, including target of production, controlling, evaluation, improving and analyze of cost production.
• Good knowledge about SHE / K3 procedure in mining sector.
• Having a good leadership to subordinate and good interpersonal and organizational skill.
• Having a good communication with all level in organization company and Government
• Knowing about all the mining software and use to operation MS office and Internet.
• Health, good performance and able to work under pressure and also familiar work by targeted
• Having experience long term in Geology Modeling and review
• Able to use of mining software: Surpac, ArcView, Map Infor, MineScape etc
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English

Metallurgy Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering with specialization in Metallurgy and mineral processing or other related background.
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining company
• Having good understanding in mineral recovery process especially copper and gold; grinding and mining; mineral concentrate winning, smelting and refinery process.
• Detail oriented and a self starter, strong ability to work independently and in a team work.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, self confidence and good judgement.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both writing and speaking (in Indonesia and English).
• Computer skills; MS office (word, excel, project).

GEOTECHNICAL MANAGER

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mining Engineering with additional geotechnical knowledge.
• More than 15 year(s) of working experience in mineral exploration and in geotechnical related issue. Has the ability to design geotechnical plan & assessment.
• Good knowledge in rock core assessment, rock mass mapping, laboratory test for determining physical & mechanical properties.
• Good knowledge, understand and able to use computer programs such as; Ms. Office, Surpac & Micromine.
• Good analytical & problem solving skill using relevant geotechnical software (Rockscience / Geoslope / Geotechnical Numerical Model).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both writing and speaking (in Indonesia and English).

PROJECT MANAGER 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• More than 15 year(s) of working experience in mineral exploration.
• Competence in operating mining/exploration software and database system.
• Excellent English level in verbal and written.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent with planning, managing, executing and budgeting.
