Recruitment Team Leader

• Qty: 1
• Salary Package:

• Age Range: 30-35

Skill Needed / Duties

• Manage a team of recruiters & entire spectrum of Recruitment with minimal supervision
• Develop recruitment strategies to fulfill the positions on time, manpower planning & resource management
• Effectively manage the stakeholders
• Critical thinking & effective decision makings on all recruitment matters
• Contribute towards strategic HR practices including compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management, etc.
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• 5 years experience in Recruitment & HR
• Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
• Well versed with Manpower Planning & Recruitment
• Strong leadership skills
• Results oriented
• Excellent communication skills in English

 

Yard Supervisor

• Qty: 1
• Salary Package: QR 5000/-
• Age Range: 25-50

Skill Needed / Duties

• Read job specifications to determine operator adjustments and material requirements
• Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device
• Inventories materials on work floor and supplies workers with materials as needed
• Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules
• Supervise and schedule yard employees
• Supervise and expedite loading of trucks and provide customer service
• Work with dispatch on incoming/outgoing deliveries

 

Workshop Supervisor

• Qty: 1
• Salary Package: QR 5000/-
• Age Range: 25-40

Skill Needed / Duties

• Automotive Diploma holder
• Min. 5 yrs experience
• Management of workshop staff
• Maintenance of fleet trucks and trailers in modern workshop
• Ensure adherence to all HSE procedures
• Excellent communication skill
• Computer literate

 

Mechanical Supervisor

• Qty: 3
• Salary Package: QR 5000/-
• Age Range: 25-40

Skill Needed / Duties

• Mechanical engineering background required
• Supervise the maintenance of Wheel Loader, Diesel equipment, hydraulics, welding plating fabrication, Conveyor, Hopper, electrical and building works
• Experienced with vendors of mechanical equipment, vendor documents
• Ensure all the equipments used at gabbro terminal is highly available for port operations
• Study gabbro terminal planning schedules and technical work in order to plan and interlace the required work while minimizing operational downtime
• Good communication skills both in oral & writing

 

Diesel Technician

• Qty: 1
• Salary Package: QR 1500/-
• Age Range: 25-40

Skill Needed / Duties

• Automotive Diploma holder
• Min. 5 yrs experience
• Overhauling of hydraulic transmission, diesel engines
• Maintaining & repairing of fuel system & cooling system
• Maintenance of all equipments and diagnosis of all breakdowns
• Excellent communication skills

 

Wheel Loader Mechanic

• Qty: 4
• Salary Package: QR 1500/-
• Age Range: 25-40
