Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upkeep of the reception area and the visitors receiving area
- Handling of telephone calls
- Receiving, sending of mail and courier
- Greet visitors, arrange for beverages to be offered and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
- For VIP guests, to accompany them personally to the meeting rooms/venues
- Keep track of daily meeting room schedules
Requirements
- Female minimum: General High School in any major
- Outgoings performance
- Good writen and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Age not more than 27 years old
- Have at least 1 years relevant experience
- Fresh graduated are welcome
