IT Development Manager

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, test and support all SAP systems required to realize the end-to-end SAP solution required to meet the business needs
• Create and maintain production standard operation procedures (SOPs). Define the Work-Break down structure in a yet to be defined SAP infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in resolution SAP-related issues focusing on root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
• Producing gap analysis to identify alternate solutions specific to SAP development and providing technical recommendations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management or equivalent. Master's Degree is preferable
• At least 7 year(s) of hands-on experience in managing SAP Development collaborating with SAP Technical advisors and managing line level development resources.
• Have extensive experience with Basis administration and development of SAP systems
• Must have experience in all core SAP applications and tools including SAP integration with legacy systems, SAP Smart forms, ALE (Application Link Enabling), IDOC (Intermediate Document) interface programming, Dialog Programming, Remote Function Calls, BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface), OO ABAP (Object Oriented ABAP), Proxy Interfaces, Smartforms, LSMW conversions
• Programming knowledge in SQL, ABAP, .NET, JAVA will be an advantage
• Understand SAP security and role-matrix design
• Have knowledge in Document Management System and Project Management Software
• Have ability to adapt SAP Development management to overall IT governance development model. Working knowledge in all aspects of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle
• Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Proven ability to estimate task duration for all project resources
• Excellent organizational skills and an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills.
• Considerable experience in managing and administering projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent presentation skill
• SAP certification is a preferred
• Fluent in English (oral & writing)
