FUEL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male, min 30 year old.
• Min Diploma Degree, from any major.
• Min. 5 years experience as fuel Supervisor, and prefer work in mining area.
• Understanding well about all prosedure and all flow process of fuel inventory.
• Can operate and mastering a computer skills.
• Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented and able to work under pressure and have agood communication Skills.
• Strongleadership, Dynamic, and detail.
• Willing to be placed at our site.

SAFETY SUPERITENDENT

Qualification:

• Male, maximum 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree, Majoring in occupational health and safety (K3).
• Min. 5 years experience as safety superintendent in minning company.
• Understand of safety policy and the implementation.
• Knowledable in roles of safety, health and environment
• Able to handle the groups.
• Has good communication Skills and computer skills ( MS Office ).
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001 & SMK3 standard.
• Strong experience especially in mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team.
• Preferable hold POP or AK3 Certification.
• Proactive, persuasive, hardworking, discipline, results oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strongleadership, Dynamic, and detail.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.

HR GENERALIST

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, aged 26 - 30 years.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from faculty of Law, Psychology, Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience as HR Generalist.
• Precedence for having experience and knowledge about Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, Compensation and Benefit.
• Understand well about basic labor laws.
• Initiative, communicative, and hard working.
• Willing to be placed in site at South Kalimantan (Kotabaru) with employment system rooster.

COOKER

Site Pulau Laut. South Kalimantan

Qualifications:

• Male, Minimal 19 years old.
• Graduated from any major, minimum Senior High School. Preferable from Vocational High School of Hospitality & Catering (Fresh Graduated are welcome for apply)
• Understand about helping for preparation foods of menu.
• Able to administer warehouse.
• Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership, Dynamic, patient, loyal and detail.
• Willing to work with roaster system.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan (Pulau Laut site).

PLANNER AND DRAFTER ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• SMK/Diploma/S-1 degree in Electricical.
• Minimum 5 years experience (SMK); 3 years (Diploma degree); and 2 year experience (Bachelor degree) as planner and drafter Electrician.
• Having knowledge, experience and understanding about all of control system, control panel, dynamo, electric 3 phase (380 V),electric motor, troubleshooting.
• Able to design, draw & organize cost control.
• Understanding well about all plan and draft in electric is must.
• High motivation, dynamic with good personality.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
