Document Controller
Responsibilities
- To identify and ensure that all project documents are protected from damage, so other department can use and access easily to the document.
- To validate and maintain confidentiality of the document, so the project operational activities of the BPI program can running smoothly.
- To prepare reports accurately and timely, so the document can be a basic material for manager recommendations related to the activity of BPI program.
- To provide insight about document control for all departments, do every department can do the proper documentation activities with the right method.
- To build a management system for documentation and report the system progress to the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00, more likely graduated from reputable university.
- Min. 1-2 years experience in document controller.
- Having skill in Documentation Management.
- Having skill in Database Management System.
- Having skill in Quality Imrpovement
- Having skill in Quality Management System.
- Detail oriented, and like to work in order.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Willing to be located in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan.
