Our group is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

 

General Manager Support

Responsibilities:

• Participate in safety campaign to make the safety or safe act a habit and culture in workplace
• Plan the resources efficiently and effectively in providing services to production team
• Uphold the policy and procedure to ensure that activities are done in a safe manner and increase the efficiency
• Supervise and monitor the execution of plans to achieve quantity and quality as per plan
• Evaluate regularly all activities execution to identify the area for improvement
• Develop Employees to enhance their competency so that they can perform better
• Liaise with external parties to maintain relationship for social license to operate

Requirements:

• Have at least Bachelor degree in Geology/ Mining/ Civil/ Communication
• Have minimum 7 years experiences in managerial position
• Have knowledge in SHE and Minister Decree 555 and its implementation
• Have knowledge in basic accounting and financial report, organization structure, procedure and policy
• Have knowledge and experience in mining industry / mining operation, contract management
• Have good communication skill
• Have a proficiency in English is preferable
• High skill of lateral thinking, conflict resolution, and creative

 

Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to lead, execute, and manage project management plans to achieve business target
• Develop budget forecasting and develop strategies to reduce cost
• Control actual project cost against budget.
• Develop project report
• To promote and maintain a safe workplace in order to ensure no incidents occur.

Requirements:

• Have at least Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Age: 32 & up
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 5+ years.
• Experience working as a factory / operation manager medium to large size is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis
• Skills should include organizational development, personnel (100+ people) management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
• Strong commitment to safety

 

Engineering Superintendent

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Have 5 years experiences as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area or related
• Able to make plan and implementation of SHE (K3)
• Have good skills in using mining software, such as minescape or minex
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Have POP license would be an advantage

 

Production Superintendent

Requirement:

• Have bachelor degree in mining engineering or 15 years experiences in mining or related field
• Have 5 years experiences as production supervisor in coal mining company
• Able to supervise the operation process (land cleaning, coal mining, overburden removal, spreading, stock piling)
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Have POP license would be an advantage

 

Plant Superintendent

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related
• Have 5 years experiences as heavy equipment mechanic
• Must have experience in maintenance planning, material handling, resources, and budget preparation
• Have a heavy equipment maintenance certificate

 

Planner Supervisor

Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Have 3 years experiences in the same field
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Have a good understanding in management process and work schedule control

SHE Supervisor

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining industry, with 2 Years experiences as SHE Supervisor
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Have AK3 Construction Certificate
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills

 

Project Manager

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experiences in mining with Minimum 5 years experiences as KTT
• Having Minimum POU Certification
• Understand mining operation, safety and environment (K3)
• Experience working as operation manager in medium to large size company is preferred.
• Proficient in MS office application and Mining Software (Surpac, Minescape/Minex)
• Excellent Reporting & Communication Skill
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
• Good Understanding on Mine Plan (Long Term & Short Term)
