We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry in the North Barito, Central Kalimantan, with PKP2B permitted. We are seeking professional and talented people to build career with us for the following positions:

 

Port QC

Key Accountabilities :

• Coal Handling supervision from in-loading to out-loading system and stockpile, concerning both quality and quantity.
• Coal Sampling supervision, liaising to the superintending company and the other parties concerns.
• Make the coal blending proposal as the marketing requirement.
• Investigation for out specification of coal quality and the other customer complain.
• Reporting and documenting the all of coal handling activities.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Making good coordination with the other parties concern.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min 5 years.
• Education: Preferably Bachelor Degree of Metallurgy, Geology, Mining and Chemistry.
• Training: coal quality, POP from ESDM and the other related.
• Personality: Good Leadership and Communication.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Familiar in Excel, Technical, Coal Quality and Port Operation.

 

Port Maintenance/Mechanical

Key Accountabilities :

• Maintaining the all of mechanical parts of plant.
• Planning the maintenance and replacing of the parts as the parts specification (Liaising with the logistic team).
• Fixing the mechanical problems.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and documenting the all of maintenance activities.
• Generating budget per annum .
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Mechanical.
• Training: Related mechanical aspect and preferably POP from ESDM .
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Familiar AutoCAD and Excel Technical, Port Mechanic and Planner.

 

Plant Operation

Key Accountabilities :

• Operating properly the all of plant facilities from the in-loading to the out loading system.
• Operating properly the weight bridge and recording the data.
• Always run the pre-check the all of plant facilities before using.
• Always run the house keeping of the working area.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and documenting the all of port activities such as: working hours, fuel consumption, etc.
• Generating budget per annum.
• Making good coordination with the other parties concern.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Mechanical, Mining, Geology, Chemistry.
• Training: Related with Port Operation, mechanical and preferably POP from ESDM .
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, familiar in Excel Technical, Port Operation.

 

Port Warehouse

Key Accountabilities :

• Running the warehouse and logistic activities.
• Reporting and documenting the warehouse and logistic activities.
• Making sure the data at the computer synchronize with the stock of parts .
• Support the plant activities.
• Generating budget per annum.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.
• Make good coordination with the parties concern (supplier, etc).

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of statistic and technical.
• Training: Related warehouse aspect and preferably POP from ESDM .
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Warehouse program, Microsoft excel, access, Technical, Warehouse and logistic.

 

Port Operation

Key Accountabilities :

• Loading process supervision (from berthing to sailing process).
• Handling shipping documents.
• Manage barge circumstance.
• Monitoring the river condition for safe sailing.
• Make good coordination with the other parties concern such as: contractor, agent, etc.
• Always run barge checking before loading to avoiding contamination.
• Generating budget per annum.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal port.
• Education: min. ANT (Ahli Nautical)-III.
• Training: Solas, SM code and other related .
• Personality: honest, leadership and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Microsoft Office, MS excel, gps software, Technical, Nautical and ship mechanical.

 

Community Development Supervisor / Officer

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle conflict in the field between company and all the stake holder including the land owners.
• Keep all information and data of land access with carefully.
• Good coordination with any department personnel in the field.
• Assists EA and CD manager to ensure that programs and initiatives are within budget and schedule and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assists team survey in the field for land measurement and inventory of crops.
• Deliver the Community development programs in the field and make sure all the programs follow the government and company regulation .
• Develop, implement and maintain communication with government to update any related community development issues, new regulations, policies.
• Manage and anticipate potential issues related with community development plan and implementation activities .
• Conduct land release activities in the field and follow the regulations of company (SOP) and government regulation.
• To ensure land ownership document is original and legal.
• Lobbying and negotiate with land owners for land compensation price and other urgencies.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. D3 any Major from reputable University.
• Preferably male, 30- 45 years old and will be placed at remote area.
• Knowing about Labor Law, Mining regulation.
• Good Communication, teamwork, initiative, integrity, interpersonal skills.
• Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, and discipline .

 

Operational Out loading

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible in operating barge loading conveyor.
• Responsible in operating barge loader.
• Responsible in coal handling of stockpile (stock, stack, blending and operating heavy equipment such as bulldozer).
• Responsible in implementing P2H and house keeping area.
• Coordinating electric team and mechanic for the loading process .
• Responsible to make budget for the division activities in the time period.

Specific Requirements :

• Minimum having back ground education from High School.
• Able in operating Excel and Word.
• Fast Learner.
• Possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
• Experiences 5 years within the same field.
• Having training basic knowledge related to the job field.
• Possess skill in operating heavy equipment such as : bulldozer, wheel loader, excavator and LV.

 

Operational In Loading

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible in operating Hoper.
• Responsible to managing dumping traffic.
• Responsible in operating in loading conveyor.
• Responsible in Implementing P2H and doing house keeping in the work environment.
• Coordinating electric team and mechanic for the in loading process .
• Responsible to make budgeting in order to the division activities in the time period.

Specific Requirements :

• Minimum having back ground education from High School graduated.
• Excellence in operating Excel and Word.
• Fast Learner.
• Possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
• Experiences 5 years within the same field industry.
• Experienced for some trainings basic knowledge relating to the job field.
• Possess good reporting and communication skill.

 

Electrical Design

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible to making plan in order to make architect design, construction instrument project.
• Responsible to plan and construct minimum basic standard operation procedures for the company.
• Responsible in implementing technically plan within the specification, cost estimation of budgeting, evaluating tender of construction.
• Supervising and monitoring the construction plan being implementing in the field.
• Supervising and monitoring to the activity of outsourcing consultant.
• Responsible in making preparation and maintenance to the instrument tools and equipments.

Specific Requirements :

• Back ground education from Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering.
• Possess minimum 7 years experiences in the same business industry (mining coal).
• Male, maximum 40 years.
• Well comprehend in Auto CAD, MS Office (Excell, Word, Power Point).
• Having specialist skill in planning and design electrical instrument (in coal industry).
• Good interpersonal skill, good communication skill, able to work in a team either independent.
• Fluent communicating in English.
• Problem solver, good integrity, detail oriented, task oriented, trust worthy, honest minded.

 

Barging Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinating and monitoring the process of unloading and in loading coal from/to Tongkang boat.
• In charge and monitor process coal storage to stockpile storage and mother vessel.
• Check data survey and barge report status relating to the amount, classification, contaminating issues and redraft report survey.
• Prepare the schedules of unloading coal to the Tongkang Ship.
• Coordinating speedboat and tug assisting in order to guard the Tongkang Ship .
• Monitoring safety condition of the coal material by communicating with the Ship Captain.
• Prepare and making barge report status to be submitted to Barging & Shipping Manager.

Specific Requirements :

• Male, minimum 35 years.
• Possess certification of Ahli Nautika Tingkat (ANT) - III
• Experiences 3 years in shipping industry, especially from Coal mining industry.
• Well comprehend knowledge in technical shipping machine (tongkang, tug boat, etc).
• Well comprehend technically in loading and unloading cargo.
• Familiar in speaking English (minimum passive).
• Able to work in team either independent.
• Possess good leadership skill, good integrity, high commitment to the company, honest and dedicated.
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan.
• Excellence in operating computer (MS Office : Word, Excel).
