Legal Sr. Manager
Batu Kajang - Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationship with government, mining officials, local leaders, community, and BLH (Badan Lingkungan Hidup) to ensure the establishment of good communication and mutual relationship.
- Prepare and compile mining compliance report in order to ensure the data is provided in accurate and timely manner, and comply with government’s mining policy.
- Prepare monthly, tri-monthly and annual report to government and mining officials to ensure document is available in complete and timely manner.
- Prepare and compile environmental report, including waste & water management for BLH process in order to ensure data submission to BLH in timely and accurate manner.
- Develop future CSR plan based on input and aspiration received from local communities in order to ensure this plan satisfy the needs of local community.
- Develop report and present established CSR program to Ministry of Environment in Jakarta in order to comply with government’s regulation.
- Monitor and control land acquisition process in order to ensure the process run in effective, smooth manner and is in compliance with local government’s regulation.
- Monitor and control permit application process in order to ensure all the process run in timely and accurate manner.
- Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
- Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company’s and government regulation
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Min. 15 years of experience
- Having a good analytical skill
- Having a good understanding in agrarian law
- Able to communicate with a local society
- Having a basic knowladge in HSE
- Having a good leadership skill
Data Mining Administrator

Responsibilities
- Support team leader to prepare quarterly, Semester and yearly report. Related with environmental issues, RKAB, data of permits and others.
- Provides detailed analysis of any data and information as required by reporting processes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer or Enviromental Engineer
- Work experience 1 – 3 Years
- Having experience in coal mining will be more advantage
- Have a good understanding with mine plan, cost estimation, and mine operation
- Sufficient knowledge in English both spoken and written
- Superb skills in operating standard Office productivity software’s (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and know how to use AutoCad also similar software.
General Accounting

Responsibilities
General accounting including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers arid account and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the senior accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department Job description:
- Prepare journal entries General ledger operations Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts Draw up monthly financial reports Prepare analysis of accounts as requested Assist with yearend closings Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences Account/bank reconciliabons Review and process expense reports Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting or Management with GPA min 3.00 Out of 4.00 Have min. 3 years experience in Accounting & Finance Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Knowledge of finance principles Knowledge of financial reporting Knowledge of local, state regarding finances and taxation Technical accounting skills Previous experience of general accounting. Have experience using SAP Fi Co will be more advantage.

Tax staff purpos is to creates tax reports with a through and timely, in accordance with prevailing regulations, with purpose of company's tax obligation compliance Job description:
- Preparation for reporting monthly income tax and vat return Reconciliation input VAT invoice with general ledger transaction Preparation data for with holding Tax art 21,23,26 & final and monthly report Preparation tax payment slips with holding tax art 21,23,26 Reconciliation between with holding tax art 21,23,26 and final tax report with general ledger Prepare tax payment (SPT masa art 21,23,26 and final) Reconciliation prepaid tax with general ledger transaction
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Economic or Fiscal Administration with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 Have min 1 year experience in tax field would be an advantage Knowledge of accounting principles and practices knowledge of prevailing tax regulation Technical accounting skills Proficiency in SAP Fi CO will be more advantage
- Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal Have good interpersonal realtionship & able to work as team Fast leaner, hardworking, can work under pressure, available work overtime Fluent in english both oral and written
