Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Section Head
Responsibilities
- The job involves the coordination and supervision of SHE aspect in agribusiness area.
- Reviews the agribusiness process, audit certification, training and inspection program
- Conducting and monitoring to fulfill environment quality standard that has been required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
- Having experiences inAgribusiness Industry would be preferred.
- Experienced in incident investigation and reporting process.
- Having AK3 certification or experiences in ISO / ISPO certification process
- Able to prepare report and conduct the SHE regulation
- Placement: Sungai Puting, South Kalimantan
- Willingness to be travelled around South Kalimantan area
ABAP Programmer
Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze program requirement
- Conduct quality checks on ABAP functional spefications
- Determine effort estimates on ABAP functional specifications
- Develop ABAP programs based on specifications and project-determined coding standards
- Received and resolve ABAP-related escalations
- Communicate and coordinate with key project personnel
- Maintain and manage the quality of ABAP deliverables of a project or assignment
- Report project status to SAP Manager
Requirements
- 25-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably from information technology
- Excellence understanding about SAP system
- Having experience at 1x Full-Cycle SAP Implementation
- Execellent programming logic
- A good team player, adaptive and fast learner person
- Able to multi-task and prioritize assinged task while working with deadlines
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Project Management Office Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage the project from day to day and ensure tasks are implemented on time, within budget and scope and quality required.
- Running timely decisions and proactive to ensure projects achieve their goals.
- Adopting a project management process, including risk and issue management, status reporting, change control
- Conduct an intensive communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
- Identify and track all project risks and issues, and to set a target date of the resolution and implement plans.
- Reviewing the projects that have been executed and made integration lessons from projects for the future project development
- Develop a business case for the project, obtain approval for the funding and support from key stakeholders.
- Update the project status regularly to the Program Manager, Senior Project Manager and business owner, including escalation of key issues where necessary.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
- Mastering business process, especially in mining and agribusiness industry
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access and MS Powerpoint
- Ability to interface with multiple users across the organization and effectively project manage reporting requirements from start to finish.
- Intensive focus on user needs in defining user requirements and retrieving accurate information/reporting from data sources.
- Attention to details, in particular as it relates to compliance and accuracy of data.
- Ability to manage own work flow and meet deadlines.
- Having high motivation to learn, work hard, high resilience and proactivity
- Willingness to be traveled to site (Kalimantan area)

- Placement: South Kalimantan.
