CORPORATE SECRETARY

Requirements:

• Female, Single, age maximum 35 years old
• Preferred bachelor degree in Law
• Computer literate ( Microsoft Office )
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Min. 3 years experience ( preferable in a public listed company )
• Must be fluent in English
• Good knowledge of business correspondence
• Able to work under pressure with tight dead line
• Having initiative, independent and attention to detail
• Good ability in multitasking

 

Legal Counsel

Job responsibility:

• Advise the Bayan Group on and undertakes compliance activities in line with Indonesian laws and regulations, in particular those under the purview of BAPEPAM-LK, IDX, BKPM, and KESDM
• Advise on capital market regulations and manage any corporate exercises that the Bayan Group may embark upon
• Liaising with government authorities
• Contract review and negotiations
• Manage external lawyers
• Manage litigation matters involving the Bayan Group

Requirements for the role:

• S.H. with minimum 11+ years post qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or large listed company. Exposure to corporate and litigation matters will be an advantage
• Considerable interaction experience with BAPEPAM-LK and IDX
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia with good drafting/writing skills
• Mature, pleasant personality, meticulous, team player with initiative to take a leadership role, strong time management skills
• Computer literate and comfortable with MS Office
• Senior associates of Tier 1 law firms looking for a switch from a law firm environment to an in-house position are encouraged to apply.

 

DOCTOR

(Code : DR/0610)

Job Location : Kalimantan Timur & Kalimantan Selatan

Scope of Job:

• Responsible in Clinic of Company
• Medical examination and medical treatment of employees
• Responsible to advise hygienic matters and nutrient intake for employees.

Requirements:

• Having experience minimum of 3 years as a Corporate Doctor
• Having HYPERKES certification would be preferred
• Expert as a Medical Practitioner and knowledgeable in Medical
• Male or Female, age between 30 â€" 45 years old

Qualifications:

• Having Medical Professionalism
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking & understand main details that is required to solve duties & certain problems
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written
• Willing to work out site Jakarta

 

Marketing Staff

Scope of Job     :

• Responsible to meet clients
• Responsible to offer product to the domestic end use
• Participate in tender
• Arrange the barging schedule with the shipping company

Qualification  :­­

• Female / Male, single
• 2-3 years experiences
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate the MS Office
• Willing to travel if required
• THIS POSITION REQUIRED ABILITY TO TRAIN AND MENTOR GRADUATE

 

FINANCE STAFF (FS)

Scope of Job:

• Prepare payment to Supplier with Payment Voucher
• Reconcile balance and bank book
• Input transaction of cash book into ACCPAC

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age between 22 â€" 27 years old
• Fresh graduate or having experiences at least 2 years in similar capacity
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
• Computer literate: Ms. Office, Accpac (would be desired)
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

(Code: AS)

Scope of Job:

• Review monthly Financial Statement
• Ensuring Financial Statement are accurate and on-time
• Coordination with Consolidation team

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age between 25 â€" 30 years old
• Having experience minimum of 2-3 years in similar capacity
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written

 

FINANCIAL ANALYST / MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

(CODE: FA/MA-0410)

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as Financial Analyst for a leading mining group
• Indonesian National
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have significant experience of building financial models in Excel
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• The successful candidate will also be performing management accounting functions
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in the mining industry
• Preference will be given to candidates to have earned the right to use the CFA designation
