Responsibilities
- Mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan anggaran proyek dari semua proyek
- Menyusun, mengatur dan mengawasi anggaran keuangan proyek sesuai dengan alokasi

Finance Supervisor Site
Responsibilities
- Supervise finance & accounting staff
- Liaise with Auditor and tax agents
- Analyze accounting report
- Timely preparation and submission of site project payroll.
- Responsible for accurate, timely monthly and year-end financial close
- Manage the site project's financial, accounting, corporate tax, with-holding tax, goods and services tax and all related accounting functions.
- Effective fund management including: forecasting and analysis of cashflow, bank payment control, highlight potential needs for funds and Account Receivable issues
- Ensure inter-company transactions and billings are kept in order
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

- Coordination MRP Schedules & Unscheduled related Business Unit and Supply Chain.
- Expediting and monitoring Inventory requirements & outstanding Orders.
- Check and review Inventory requirements, ensure details technical specifications, quantity, project codes, date required.
- Conduct Inventory Global Sourcing site and Plant; obtain Inventory transfer approval, delivery arrangement and documentations.
- Implement of ISO Management System, Inventory Policy & Procedure within related Business Unit. i.e. Catalogue, Stock Control, Tracking Order, Reporting system and authorization.
- Develop control and reporting system of Min/Max stock and reduce Inventory slow & fast moving items.
- Perform Inventory Inspection and Coordination with Receiving, GBU, QC and RM.
