Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities :

Compensation & Benefit:

  • Responsible for implementing the companys compensation policy.
  • Supervise job analysis, job description and job evaluation.
  • Analyses compensation surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Prepare salary and benefit budget.
  • Identify current trends in compensation and benefit scheme
  • 6.Review and propose compensation and benefit scheme for all employees.
  • Conduct appropriate socialization on any compensation and benefit issues.
  • Ensuring plants competitiveness in terms of its compensation package.
  • Provide the Performance appraisal system.
  • Responsible for the preparation of documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payment ( salary, Allowances, overtime payment, jamsostek, pension,etc).
  • Responsible for implementing the personnel administration program and ensuring compliance with procedures. Maintains personal files, records, and system, also up date information.
  • Processes salary increases, control absenteeism, leave, and other personnel statistic as required.
  • Manage and administer daily operation of HRIS.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR position related in Compensation & Benefit.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
  • Driven and great attitude.
  • Able to work and perform under pressure.
  • Commitment, integrity, and ambition to progress.
  • Active in the work and mandate of the responsibility.
  • Oriented on achieving optimum production targets.

Responsibilities :

Industrial Relation

  1. Responsible for implementing the companys labour/employee relation policy in a plant or working centre.
  2. Responsible for administration of the Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Regulations Agreement.
  3. To comply with all government regulation up date and ensure that all company regulations are match.
  4. As communication media and counseling, to solve the dispute between company and employees.
  5. Involve and cooperative with internal and external department ( Depnaker, Immigration, Embassy, etc).

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in HR position related in Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation and Personnel Administration.
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  3. Have a high ability to lead, synergize, and supervise department.
  4. Fluent in English written and verbal.
  5. Able to motivate team and highly energetic.
  6. Driven and great attitude.
  7. Strategic thinker and target oriented.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Able to work and perform under pressure.
  10. Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills
  11. Able to perform the function of the organization and working methods applicable building.

HR Representative

Responsibilities :

  1. Handling for the recruitment cycle of sourcing, screening, administer clerical test to applicants, schedule interviews, applicant follow up, inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment and posting of job vacancies.
  2. Ensures users are update on interview and actively seeking for updates and information on interview process.
  3. Assist in performance appraisal, implementation Company personnel policies and procedures.
  4. Responsible for implementing the personnel administration program and ensuring compliance with procedures. Maintains personal files, records, and system, also up date information.
  5. Processes control absenteeism, leave, and other personnel statistic as required.
  6. Manage and administer daily operation of HRIS.
  7. Responsible for implementing the companys labour/employee relation policy in a branch.

Requirements :

  1. Male or Female.
  2. S1 Degree majoring Psychology, Law and relevant major.
  3. Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in relevant position.
  4. Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring.
  5. Excellent command in English, both oral and written.
  6. Service orientation, high initiative, ability to multi – task and in fast pace.
  7. Solid in HR – GA knowledge, excellent organization, and ability to work with minimum supervise.
  8. Able to start work within short notice period will be an advantage.
  9. Willing to be placed in Carsurin Branches.
