Land Acquisition- Superintendent & Supervisor

( Location – Sumatera Selatan)

1. Bachelor degree from reputed university with 6-12 years of experience in Land Acquisition and Negotiation in mining projects.
2. Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company image and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities.
3. Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.
4. Plan, communicate and negotiate land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
5. Final review upon all supporting document to ensure it has been accurately prepared and completed based on standard operating procedure and regulation.
6. Plan, manage and control problems handling and potential issues handling related with Land acquisition plan and implementation activities.

Project Infrastructure Development - Manager

( Location – Sumatera Selatan)

1. Civil Engineer having work experience of 8-15 years in large civil infrastructure projects like construction of roads, jetty, port and other support infrastructures.
2. Co-ordinate Design and Engineering specifications of road, jetty, port, coal handling and building.
3. Geo-tech and field investigations.
4. Assist in preparation of Tender documents, Technical specifications and address technical queries of bidders.
5. Bill of quantity & Optimization of specifications.
6. Co-ordinate site visits of vendors.
7. Design co-ordination and construction drawings.
8. Construction schedule, material and vendor follow-up.
9. Mobilization plan and monitor progress and quality of execution.

Mining Manager – KTT

( Location – Sumatera Selatan)

1. Mining Engineer having work experience of 10-15 years and certified KTT
2. Prepare mid to long term mining plan & budget (e.g. coal production, quality, and cost target).
3. Review short term mining operational strategy and plan.
4. Lead, direct and control all operational infrastructures development and/ or improvement projects proposal.
5. Manage and control mining operations as executed by mining contractors, (i.e. operation issues and improvement actions).
6. Prepare external communication plan & implementation with local community and local governmental organizations.
7. Submit relevant plan information to External Affairs & Community Development function for government regular report development.
8. Manage compliance as per Indonesia mining regulations.

Health , Safety & Environment – Manager

( Location – Sumatera Selatan)

1. Bachelor degree in HSE with 10-12 years experience in Mining Projects.
2. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with the relevant Policies/Procedures as well as the relevant safety legislation.
3. Ensure compliance with the Environmental Management System and promote environmentally considerate work practices.
4. Liaise directly with HSE representatives on behalf of the Managers to ensure synchronization of respective safety systems.
5. Assist project management and project personnel to comply with the requirements of legislation, guidelines, Codes of Practice and Standards relevant to the workplace.
6. Assist with the Coordination of the workplace inspection and audit system and undertake regular internal HSE audits of the system and / or associated processes, procedures and work practices.
7. Knowledge of Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical hazards at site.

Mining Operations- Head ( Expat)

( Location – Sumatera Selatan)

1. Mining Engineer having work experience of 15-20 years in coal mining projects.
2. Prepare mid to long term mining operational strategy, plan and budget (e.g. coal production, quality, and cost target).
3. Review short term mining operational strategy and plan.
4. Lead, direct and control activities like land acquisition, operational infrastructures development and coal logistics.
5. Manage and control mining operations as executed by mining contractors (i.e. operation issues and improvement actions).
6. Lead, direct, and control all initiatives concerning operational safety and environmental sustainability (K3 &Enviro)
7. Setting Performance goals develop assessment methods and audit work procedures.
8. Exhibit good leadership with good interpersonal and professional skills.

Surveyor

( Location – Sumatera Selatan)

1. Bachelor degree in Geodetic & Topography with 6-10 years experience and knowledge of AutoCAD.
2. Able to operate total station, GPS and other additional tool as per required of mining, exploration and civil industry.
3. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify work performed. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
4. Able to operate computer systems to collect, update and process all database as required as per industry standard.
5. Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
